Reflecting on my academic journey across three degrees, I’ve witnessed my own evolution, from the nervous excitement of my first graduation to the steady confidence of my second, and now to a deep sense of gratitude and purpose. Each degree has built upon the last, shaping not just my expertise but my understanding of the impact I want to make. This MBA represents more than academic achievement. It reflects countless hours of dedication, the support of an incredible network, and the privilege of access to transformative education. This program has equipped me to drive meaningful change in the nonprofit and public sectors, areas where strategic leadership can create lasting community impact. To my fellow Fall 2025 graduates: we invested in ourselves, and that commitment will continue to open doors and create opportunities for the work that matters most. Antony R Rajan liked thisAntony R Rajan liked thisWhen it was time to choose a topic for my capstone, it was a piece of cake 🍰 As someone who's always been passionate about healthcare and strongly believes that AI should be used as a "tool" not a replacement for human intelligence, healthcare was the perfect fit. It’s one of the few domains where AI is still applied only where truly needed, while human expertise remains central. ✨ My project focused on how physicians can use AI to deliver more accurate and personalized prognoses (def: the likely course of a disease or ailment). Embraced new technologies and successfully completed Phase-I of the project in a remarkable 5 months. Along the way, authored several technical articles to support associates new to the Datasphere domain. Honored with the SAP "BTP Datasphere Implementation Champion" badge for my contributions. Thrilled to explore new and exciting opportunities in 2025!
