Andrew Daley liked thisEighteen years ago, Anthony Tivnan and I founded Magellan Jets on the belief that the private aviation industry was ready for something new. A company where safety comes first, Clients are treated like family, and every journey is worth remembering. Watching him receive the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 New England Award is a moment that honors everything we have built together. Anthony sets the standard for our Clients, for our team, and for this industry. This one is well deserved! #EntrepreneurOfTheYear #EYAward #MagellanJets #PrivateAviationAndrew Daley liked thisI am honored to be named a winner of the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 New England Award. When my co-founder Joshua Marc Hebert and I started Magellan Jets in 2008, we had a simple belief: that private aviation should be built around the Client, while prioritizing rigorous safety standards and a genuine commitment to making every journey personal. That belief has guided every decision we have made since day one. This award belongs to every Magellan Jets team member who has been part of this journey. It is a privilege to work alongside individuals who care as much about the mission as I do. Thank you to EY and to everyone who has been part of building something worth being proud of. Andrew Daley liked thisAndrew Daley liked thisHere's an AI workflow that cut my deck creation time by >50% + made the slides more elevated than when I do them by hand: I had Claude build my brand design system, then design client decks off it with the new Claude Design feature. Which is wild, because I'm the pickiest person about slides you will ever meet. (If you've worked with me, you're nodding right now.) Here's why that pickiness isn't fluff. A messy slide quietly tells the client you didn't think that hard, even when you did. Love it or hate it, slides are how we talk to each other in corporate land. Especially remotely. The way you frame a finding basically is the finding to the person reading it. It builds authority and trust, and also improvement in communication. So I've always built decks by hand. Slowly. And I have been overly critical to trust AI design. Tried Gamma 10+ times last year when everyone in my company swore by it, and bounced every single time. It just didn't pass my quality bar. So here's how I got here: → I opened a normal Claude chat and said "I want a design system for my brand, walk me through it." This is how I learn everything now. Used to Google my way through new stuff, now I Claude-chat my way through it. Same way I learned Claude Code, just had it tell me exactly what to paste in my terminal. → Fed it everything: hex codes, logo mockups, my design treatments, custom fonts. I had a rough brand skill built months ago so it wasn't starting from 0. → I prompted it to ask me questions instead of guessing at the design, then it handed me a markdown file and told me exactly how to move it into Claude Design. → I told it the deliverables to know: client decks, website, social. (P.S. -- did most of this with physically chatting w/ Wispr) Then the real test. A client deliverable absolutely packed with data, a full marketing systems analysis. I'd already loaded a separate Claude project with a straight export of their HubSpot objects, strategy decks, call recording transcripts, all of it. Instead of jumping to the pretty part, I had Claude work the deck with me, slide by slide, structure first. Almost a wireframe. I wanted to see the argument before the aesthetics. Then it spit out a Claude Design prompt, I took it over, and built. Were there edits? Of course. But the markup + editing option were super easy, and the final thing looked like a microsite, not a deck. Maybe a little too packed, but it's also a deliverable to keep, so I'm cool with that. The time I saved creating went somewhere better. Less time nudging boxes around, more time on the thinking that actually moves their business. Even though to the client it probably looked like the opposite. Now I'm mapping this out for each client: paid landing pages, ad creative -- all int heir own brand. Lot of room here. Anyone else been playing with the Claude Design system? Curious what's been helpful for you, or what's not been working yet. (P.P.S. a future design refresh coming soon for me! ;))

Over the past three years as COO, our team built an operational foundation I'm proud of. In this next chapter, I'll be focused on where we take the business next — strategy, partnerships, and growth across private aviation. After three decades in this industry — from NetJets, to co-founding Milestone Aviation, to Magellan — I'm more energized than ever by what's ahead. Grateful to the Magellan team and leadership for the trust, and excited to keep building. Onward. ✈️

Andrew Daley liked thisAndrew Daley liked thisAs we wrap up another incredible Magellan Jets Annual Summit, I find myself reflecting on one of the highlights of the week—a fireside chat with my longtime friend, Bekah Salwasser. This year's summit was titled The Golden Age of Aviation, but many of the conversations centered on something even more timeless: trust, relationships, and earning loyalty over time. As Executive Director of the Red Sox Foundation and Executive Vice President of Social Impact for the Boston Red Sox, Bekah shared powerful insights on what it means to build authentic relationships, create meaningful partnerships, and lead with purpose. Her message was a perfect reflection of our summit theme: Earn the Return. One of the clearest signs of the impact she made was that each of the three internal speakers who followed her referenced something she had said. Her perspective didn't just resonate in the moment—it carried throughout the day and helped shape the conversations that followed. I've had the privilege of knowing and working with Bekah dating back to her days with the Boston Celtics, and it was an honor to welcome her to our summit. Thank you, Bekah, for sharing your wisdom, your leadership, and your friendship with the Magellan Jets team. The best brands, the strongest partnerships, and the most successful organizations all have one thing in common: they earn trust before they ask for loyalty. #MagellanJets #Leadership #Partnerships #Trust #EarnTheReturn #TheGoldenAgeOfAviation #RedSoxFoundation #SocialImpact

For the last six months I've been obsessing over how AI will change travel. TLDR: it will change everything. I've put together a stellar team and next week we're launching a preview of what we've built. It's been a game changer for early testers. Comment below for early access.

Product marketing doesn’t have a slide problem. It has a positioning problem… for the function itself. Over years of mentoring PMMs, the same challenge keeps coming up: how do you make product marketing matter inside a company? I started a weekly column called Ask a Product Marketer to work through these questions in public. Real questions, real answers, no fluff. This week’s question is about escaping the slide factory. https://lnkd.in/gwfks48J If you have a question about product marketing, send it my way. I answer one each week. #productmarketing #gtm #advice

Hidden monthly “tax” most startups pay unknowingly You think a go-to-market strategy is just a formality? Then you are paying a huge monthly “tax” on your runway if sales, product, and marketing aren’t aligned. Save this. What breaks when GTM is misaligned: – Up to 70% of B2B marketing content goes unused. That’s budget you already burned. – Poor sales-marketing alignment can cost 10% of annual revenue. If your projected €1M revenue shrinks to €900k, that’s your next prototype lost. – 79% of leads never convert because the funnel breaks between marketing and sales. → Longer sales cycles → Higher CAC (customer acquisition costs) → Lower investor confidence What competence in GTM gives you: – Unified ICP (ideal customer profile) definition everyone works with – Unified funnel definition across sales and marketing – One playbook that investors recognise as credible 📅 Book your free 1:1 strategy workshop & let’s check if your GTM is designed for profit (see bio) Save and share this post with those who still operate by feeling, because weak GTM kills startups faster than weak tech.

Measured is proving that consistent incrementality testing is the competitive advantage in modern retail. Their new analysis shows 5 proven strategies, including how PMax with brand exclusions is driving a 25%+ increase in incremental ROAS. Don't guess—test and measure.
