This was a major 35kV electrical infrastructure undertaking that required exceptional coordination, precision, safety, and commitment from everyone involved. Together, the team successfully installed and completed: 51 miles of 35kV cable installed 648 dead break 35kV terminations 96 riser 35kV terminations for transformer loop feeds 96 riser 35kV terminations for main breakers 96 riser 35kV terminations at the sub-station 936 total 35kV terminations 144 35kV vault splices The level of craftsmanship, planning, and teamwork demonstrated throughout this project was truly exceptional. Every crew member played a critical role in delivering high-quality work while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and execution excellence. I am incredibly proud to have worked alongside such a skilled and dedicated team. Thank you all for your professionalism, hard work, and relentless effort in making this project a success. Andrew Sheldon liked thisAndrew Sheldon liked thisRecently, safety, HR and training leaders from across Industria Power + Data companies came together for a collaborative Safety Training Integration Workshop focused on strengthening how we prepare and support our teams in the field. With representatives from multiple divisions participating, the workshop provided an opportunity to share best practices, identify gaps and align on a practical approach to safety training that supports both compliance and real-world job site needs. Together, the group defined the core elements of a strong safety training program and agreed on several key improvements, including: ✔️ Clear role-based training expectations for field and supervisory positions ✔️ Greater consistency in how safety training is delivered and documented ✔️ Improved visibility into training completion and credential tracking ✔️ Better collaboration across divisions through ongoing safety knowledge sharing Most importantly, the workshop reinforced a shared commitment: ensuring that safety training is practical, accessible and focused on protecting the people doing the work every day. The outcomes from the workshop will guide the next phase of implementation across our divisions as we continue working together to strengthen our safety culture and support our teams in the field. #Safety #Training #Collaboration #Industria
