Andrew Hawks shared thisExcited to share that Maui County, HI will be using Just Appraised Front Desk as part of its continued investment in modernizing public service and improving how residents access information. As local governments navigate growing service expectations, evolving programs, staffing constraints, and increasingly complex resident questions, Maui County is taking a thoughtful step toward making communication more accessible, efficient, and responsive. Front Desk will help support key inbound interactions, make it easier for residents to get answers to common questions, and give staff more time to focus on the complex requests that require deeper expertise and human support. Proud to partner with Maui County as they continue building a more modern, intuitive, and resident-centered experience!

Andrew Hawks reposted thisI’m thrilled to announce that the City of Grand Terrace, CA has partnered with Front Desk by Just Appraised to bring AI-powered automation to their city operations! After meeting at the League of California Cities Conference, it was clear that Grand Terrace was ready to move beyond manual processes and streamline/modernize the customer service process for their residents. Our partnership will help the Grand Terrace team: 🚀 Eliminate Manual Bottlenecks: Supporting critical customer service workflows with an AI Knowledge Base and IVR voice agent to handle 100-200 daily inquiries. 🤳 Enhance Citizen Engagement: Implementing an omnichannel experience with Live Chat and automated routing across all departments, from Animal Control to Public Works. 📈 Drive Accountability: Providing leadership with real-time dashboards to track case resolution times and department performance for the first time. By automating with Front Desk, we are empowering the Grand Terrace staff to focus on high-value community service rather than manual data entry and phone transfers. This is a full-fledged citywide commitment to innovation, and we can’t wait to see the impact on the Grand Terrace community. Welcome aboard!

Andrew Hawks liked thisAndrew Hawks liked thisIt makes no sense to recruit the best people into your business and micromanage their work. It's counterproductive; it will affect your team's morale and, in the process, create a very dysfunctional place to work. Why recruit someone and not allow them to do the job they are very capable of doing. For any organization to function at its optimum best, there must be trust embedded in the company's DNA; if none exists, that organization has no chance of any form of real success in today's business world. When you have a great group of passionate, inspired, and motivated people eager to make a difference, give them the freedom to work, and create an environment that allows them to become the very best version of themselves. When leaders recognize that they don't have to be the smartest person in the room, these companies consistently pull off innovative or heroic feats in business because so many people who work there are given the freedom to make it happen.

Andrew Hawks liked thisThis is the foundation of a healthy organization. The common narrative in society is that everyone is expendable, and that imo permeates toxicity. Most often times appreciation is not based on monetary rewards. Sometimes, simply being acknowledged for a job well done goes a long way. We need to get back to valuing the HUMAN RESOURCE!

What your reps are doing today vs what they should be doing Most SDRs spend the majority of their day on tasks that don’t directly create opportunities. Building and validating account lists Cross-checking every name against ICP criteria. Hunting for contact data across multiple providers Researching accounts across multiple public sources Writing cold emails Writing follow-ups Placing dials one by one Leaving voicemails for every prospect that doesn’t pick up The kind of tasks that keep your reps busy but not productive. At Klenty, we call these non-pipeline activities. Instead, reps should be focusing their time on pipeline-generating activities Sending personalized emails Having conversations with the right prospects Responding to positive replies With Klentys' team of AI agents working together across your outbound process, eliminate all non–pipeline activities from your to-do list. Reps simply need to review and approve AI’s output. Get your reps focused on pipeline activities with Klenty's AI Agents. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gB__UmBM

Dear SDR Managers, If you're not weighting lead quality in your comp plan, your leaving money on the table. Not all “qualified” leads are created equal. And people, no matter how driven they are, naturally take the path of least resistance. (sometimes subconsciously) So if the payout is the same for the high-quality, high-effort lead vs. the low-quality, low-effort lead, Your SDRs will lean toward volume, not quality. Then we blame the rep when really the incentives are misaligned. Weight high quality leads heavier. Make it CLEAR what “high quality” means. 80% of an SDR’s time should be spent on the leads most likely to convert. 20% on the rest, with automation handling the bottom layer. Your comp plan should reflect that.
