Economic Empowerment
Guided by our vision for an inclusive & equitable tech industry, Tech Workers Coalition organizes to build worker power through rank & file self-organization and education. We are a coalition of workers in and around the tech industry, labor organizers, community organizers, and friends. We work in solidarity with existing movements towards social justice, workers' rights, and economic inclusion.

Bird Alliance of Oregon
- 2 years 8 months
Environment
The annual Bird Alliance of Oregon Birdathon raises money for the protection of wildlife and habitats across the Oregon landscape. From 2021-2024, I have raised a total of $2060.
The Christmas Bird Count is a citizen science program of the National Audubon Society that began in 1900. Each December and January, CBC volunteers identify and count birds in North America to provide insight into the health and status of bird populations. I have participated for 3 years. -

Anthropologizing (personal/professional blog, 2011-2021)
See publicationI started Anthropologizing after I finished grad school in 2011 because I wanted a place to talk about all things anthropology and my evolving understanding of how to apply it in the “real world.” I write about design and user experience, business, applied anthropology, organizational culture, advocacy, jobs and careers, and American culture and society.
