This past year was full of hard conversations about access and affordability. Laura made sure those conversations weren't just happening, but that they meant something. "We didn't just talk about affordability. We asked hard questions. What could we change? What should we challenge? Who still needs to be heard?" She shares that while she was advocating for others, she unexpectedly found her own voice in the process. "I feel like I've truly found my voice, and now I encourage others to use theirs too. With so much going on in the world around us, now is not the time to be silent. Use your voice and stand up for what you believe in. It carries more weight than you think." Through her leadership, she has demonstrated that change doesn't begin with answers — it begins with courage to speak up, to listen and to act. "This was a year we had the opportunity to truly make change. We've made some astounding progress, but there is still so much more work to be done." And that's the truth: it's a wrap, but not really. The spark Laura ignited lives on in every conversation we continue, every decision we make and every voice that refuses to go unheard.
