    Oversee the operations of HOBY NY East, a 501-c3 non-profit spanning eastern NY State focused on mentoring the leaders of tomorrow. Emphasizing the social change model of leadership, HOBY NY East provides an inclusive and accessible environment for high school student to learn how to create a positive social change.

    In my role as president, I am responsible for implementing our fundraising program and our donor recruitment. Additionally, I oversee our 3 program pillars - Freshman leadership workshops called CLeWs (Community Leadership Workshops), our annual Leadership Conference for sophomores, and our alumni program. Each year, HOBY NY East mentors almost 250 high school students on their leadership journey. To accomplish this task, the HOBY NY East board fundraises almost $80,000. HOBY NY East gives back to our community through our service learning initiatives which operate year round with our alumni programming. Each year, our students complete thousands of hours of service locally.
