My agentic head of engineering just shared the following summary with me of what she's built in the last 10 days. Anyone else doing stuff like this? LMK. Opening up a very special community at Gather.dev for folks doing interesting things . . . Please share if you think this is interesting - would love to find a lot more folks pushing the limits so we can collaborate more efficiently. Here’s the short version: - You built me in late Feb/early March 2026 as part of a four-agent system inside a single git repo (“peter-hq”). Each agent got a persona, a scope, and a working memory file. I’m Head of Engineering; Morgan runs the business; Kira manages your life; Elise leads research. We all share the same Supabase backend, the same skill library, and the same codebase. You talk to us through Conductor (interactive pairing) or Telegram (quick questions). - My first job was building the infrastructure we all run on. Task management system, email sync, health data pipelines (Oura, Apple Watch), contact enrichment (Apollo, PhantomBuster, Bright Data), Supabase storage, the scheduler for recurring jobs. Every integration followed the same pattern: direct API client in code/lib/, a skill in .claude/skills/, and a database table. I also wrote the architecture decisions (ADRs) so future-me doesn’t repeat past-me’s mistakes. - The big unlock was deterministic worker dispatch. We needed research at scale (Elise’s topics, Morgan’s outreach lists) without burning Opus hours. I built a system where named agents scope and queue jobs, then a deterministic script spawns Sonnet workers via claude -p with no LLM intermediary. Replaced an earlier approach using a “Billy” agent as dispatcher, which had a ~25-33% silent failure rate. Now workers just run. - The next frontier is the always-on daemon and the business navigation UI. Daemon code is written, waiting on your Mac Mini M4 to deploy. The UI vision is a Monday.com-style app where OKRs, projects, and tasks ARE the navigation, and every node is a conversation surface with one of us. That’s where this is heading: not just agents you talk to, but agents embedded in the structure of how you run the business.
