We're proud and excited to welcome Katherine Dallow, MD as the new Chief Medical Officer for WNS-HealthHelp, Part of Capgemini. She brings more than two decades of clinical and healthcare leadership experience across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial populations. At WNS-HealthHelp and our health plan clients, nurses play a critical role in ensuring the right care, at the right time, in the right setting. Adrienne Jacobs, SPHR shared thisSharing for reach. Aaron is an experienced professional and would be a great addition to any company!Adrienne Jacobs, SPHR shared thisHi everyone! I’m seeking a new role and would appreciate your support. Today is the 1-DAY anniversary of my email termination from Oracle along with thousands of others. Yesterday was rough; primarily because the prior 7.5 years were amazing. It was the best professional experience of my life both as an individual contributor and especially as a manager and I wanted to work there until I retired. I had the privilege of working for 3 wonderful leaders who are better humans: John Andrzejek, Kimberly Wallace, & Luis Velasco, and I enjoyed working with tons of wonderful coworkers, many who are friends (too many too tag). Life will go on, but today has already been hard as I simply want to work. If anyone hears of any opportunities, I would be grateful and I’ll keep my eyes open for others. “One THINKS they know who their friends are during the good times, they KNOW who they are during the bad times” and I’ve had so folks already offer support…THANK YOU. If you hear of any opportunities or just want to catch up, please send me a message or comment below. I’d love to reconnect. #OpenToWork#oraclerif About me & what I’m looking for: 💼 I’m looking for Director, Managing Director, and Vice President roles. 🌎 I’m open to roles in Houston but would prefer remote/WFH roles anywhere in the US and can travel as needed ⭐ I’ve previously worked in Value Selling, Corporate Finance, Commercial Operations, Project Management/System Integration work, and Management Consulting

Adrienne Jacobs, SPHR shared thisReposting to support an exceptional HR leader. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Joy and can confidently say she is a top-notch HR professional—strategic, thoughtful, and deeply committed to people and culture. Any organization would be fortunate to have her on their team. Please reach out if you’re looking for outstanding HR talent!Adrienne Jacobs, SPHR shared this⏳ Three months. ✨ Multiple outstanding companies. 🎯 Several “you made it to the final round” conversations. Still searching. Still optimistic. Still very much in the game. So I figured I’d put this here, not from a place of frustration, but from a place of possibility. 🌱 I’m a Director, HR Business Partner / People Leader who loves sitting at the meaningful intersection of business strategy, people strategy, and real-life leadership moments. I partner with C-suite and senior leaders, as well as people managers at all levels, to deliver business results through high-performing, human-centered teams, enhanced culture, and strong employee experiences. I navigate change, strengthen organizations, and solve complex people challenges with both heart and data. I also bring a strong, practical AI mindset, using AI and people analytics to inform decisions, anticipate trends, and scale smarter people practices. 🤖📊 👉 A few examples of my impact: • 📈 Led culture and engagement transformations resulting in +19 point engagement and +16 point inclusion improvements • 🧭 Built and coached high-performing HRBP teams, moving a 29-team org from 26th to Top 3 in HR metrics and promoting 11 team members • 🔁 Supported leaders through large-scale org redesigns and mergers with care, clarity, and strong change management, for teams of 300 and up to nearly 50,000 employees • ⚖️ Established and led an Employee Relations COE and routinely advise executives on complex, high-risk people situations • 🌍 Deep experience supporting Sales, Retail, Engineering, Operations, Technology, Corporate, and Customer organizations in fast-moving environments I’m looking for a remote HR Business Partner / People Partner leadership role where I can make real impact, learn, build, and contribute to something meaningful. If you know of a team that could use a strategic, pragmatic, business-driven, people-centered HRBP who brings calm, clarity, and a sense of humor to the work… I’d love to connect. And if nothing else, I’m always grateful for shares, likes, comments, intros, and good energy. Onward. Always. 💗 #OpenToWork #HRBusinessPartner #PeopleLeadership #RemoteJobs #FutureOfWork #HumanResources #PeopleAndCulture #Leadership #HRBP #PeopleBusinessPartner #PBP

Adrienne Jacobs, SPHR reacted on thisAdrienne Jacobs, SPHR reacted on thisAs Pride Month begins, I’ve been reflecting on what inclusion really means. It’s easy to talk about diversity in terms of representation, metrics, and initiatives. Those things matter. But inclusion has always felt more personal to me. It’s the feeling of being able to show up as yourself without having to calculate which parts of yourself are safe to share. It’s knowing your ideas will be heard, your contributions valued, and your opportunities shaped by your potential, not by how closely you fit someone else’s expectations. Pride Month is a celebration of authenticity, visibility, and progress. It’s also a reminder that belonging doesn’t happen by accident. It is built through countless everyday moments; listening, learning, speaking up, making space, and ensuring people know they are welcome exactly as they are. I’m grateful for those who have had the courage to live openly and authentically, often making it easier for others to do the same. Happy Pride Month. 🏳️🌈

Adrienne Jacobs, SPHR liked thisI’m excited about the work we are doing here at Buildr Health! If your organization needs help managing medical costs but has been unable to find the right fit in a payment integrity partner we might be the right fit for you. Check us out at www.buildrhealth.com and we would love to meet and share how we can help create value for your organization.Adrienne Jacobs, SPHR liked thisJune is here, and MLR pressure is likely building for regional health plans and other risk bearing entities. It’s time for a Payment Integrity vendor custom fit for you. Healthcare complexity continues to accelerate. Yet many regional health plans and risk bearing entities are still relying on payment integrity models built for national scale, not on their regional reality. At Buildr Health, we believe these organizations deserve custom-built payment integrity solutions designed around their operations, not rigid enterprise frameworks. Our focus is simple: Speed to value, white-glove partnership, clinically informed strategies, and operational alignment. Learn more at https://buildrhealth.com/

Adrienne Jacobs, SPHR liked thisAdrienne Jacobs, SPHR liked thisA CEO just bragged about firing his entire HR team. Bolt CEO Ryan Breslow told Fortune this week that he let go of his whole HR department because they were "creating problems that didn't exist." His words: "Those problems disappeared when I let them go." I commented on the article and pointed out that removing HR removes a layer of accountability that is sometimes the thing that keeps a CEO from doing whatever they want, often at the cost of employees. Within 12 hours, hundreds of comments rolled in. A sample: "HR isn't your friend." "How stupid are you to think HR is there to protect you?" "A dead-eyed HR person will never be on your side." "HR is fake, phony and a waste of resources." "Another HR Karen trying to make herself feel better for being horrible at her job." So let me say a few things. 1) HR was never trying to be your friend. That framing belongs to people who think work is a place to find belonging, not a place to do a job. 2) When leadership makes a hard call, HR is usually the one in the room delivering it and the one absorbing the fallout. We may not have agreed with the decision. We rarely got to make it. 3) Every profession has people who practice with integrity and people who don't. That's an individual problem, not an indictment of a field. HR isn't perfect, no function is. But the way a CEO talks about HR usually tells you everything you need to know about the company underneath. What do you think? https://lnkd.in/eqbSVXDwBolt CEO says he let go of his entire HR team for creating problems that didn’t exist: ‘Those problems disappeared when I let them go’ | FortuneBolt CEO says he let go of his entire HR team for creating problems that didn’t exist: ‘Those problems disappeared when I let them go’ | Fortune
