Every single one of them starts off their day by calling candidates first Here’s what their day looks like… Morning - Call candidates, ask questions, gather information Afternoon - Call decision makers, use new information that the candidate has given you and book meetings It's not a coincidence that five $1,000,000 billers all use the same strategy for BD They all do it because it works so well Great reminder for all recruiters who want to improve their BD game Start with the candidates, gather information, then go into calls WARM, armed with relevant information. Adrian Divecha liked thisAdrian Divecha liked thisTwo weeks ago I spoke at Burbank Tech Talks at Canon Burbank on the New Media Career Playbook and I’m still thinking about it. ☁️ The thesis I brought: creatives and media professionals are some of the most naturally gifted entrepreneurs out there. The skills built in this industry - storytelling, navigating constant disruption, running productions, editing and pivoting without losing the vision - translate directly into building companies and impact. The showrunner is a founder. The startup studio is an indie label/film company. This reframe matters, especially right now. What I didn’t expect was how much the room gave back. The conversations afterwards, the connections people were making with each other in real time, the follow-up coffee chats since… it all validated something I deeply believe about what’s possible at this intersection of media, tech, and entrepreneurship. Burbank is a highly underrated hub for exactly this kind of talent and vision. I’m so grateful to be part of building here. Thank you Neal for organizing and for our shared vision for this ecosystem, Brittany for a beautifully curated evening, Canon USA for being such a meaningful home for creators and storytellers, and the City of Burbank for showing up for its community.🤍 More coming soon. 🎬🚀

But now I'm having second thoughts... Something has changed over the last month. It genuinely feels "stupider" than ever. Here's what I'm noticing: 1. Always second guessing 2. Needs handholding 3. Just doesn't get it Let me break it down: 1. Always second guessing Claude changes its answer mid-response. It'll tell you one thing, then immediately correct itself in the same sentence. 2. Needs handholding I used to write one line and get exactly what I needed. Now I'm writing paragraphs of context just to get a half-decent output. 3. Just doesn't get it It feels like it's lost the ability to read between the lines. You get the answer to what you said, not what you actually meant. And honestly, I'm struggling to see how this is accidental. Whether it's server costs, making it too safe or deliberately dumbing it down before a new release. Something is going on. I'm now using ChatGPT more. And that's something I didn't think I'd ever say. Is anybody else experiencing this or is it just me?

Mi Corazon is a locally owned Mexican restaurant serving "the freshest, cleanest neo-traditional Mexican cuisine in a modern mexi-goth atmosphere."
After their second restaurant opened, the old website was causing some customer confusion. IdentiPop was brought in to redesign the website and fix the UX/UI issues.
The strategy and redesign implemented alleviated any customer confusion.
