That is so cool! Congrats to Matt and Christina! Christina was my mentor at ADP 13 years ago (wow, time flies)! I remember Matt dribbling his soccer ball in the cubicles when he came to visit Christina at work. I'm sure you will be an amazing asset to their team. Congrats!

Adam Stephen liked thisAfter 5 incredible years at Paylocity, I’m excited to share that I’ve accepted a new opportunity with UKG. This was not a decision I made lightly. I’ve spent my entire career helping organizations leverage technology to improve the employee experience, drive operational efficiency, and solve complex workforce challenges. As someone who is deeply passionate about HCM technology and where our industry is headed, I spent a great deal of time evaluating my next chapter. What ultimately drew me to UKG was its vision and leadership in the areas I believe will be most critical to the future of HCM: Workforce Management, Compliance, HR Automation, and Agentic AI. I want to extend a sincere thank you to Nick Richetta, Ryan Hopper, Chris Phenicie, and Laura (Linneman) Peterson for the opportunity and for the confidence they’ve placed in me. I’m incredibly grateful and excited to join such a talented team. I’m looking forward to hitting the ground running and continuing to partner with mid-sized and enterprise organizations throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Here’s how it works: - They work where they want - You provide the insight, tools and resources - You remove barriers, blockers and distractions - They decide the "how" - You trust them In other words: You empower.
