Worked with two classmates as part of Senior Capstone Project. Lead a Six Sigma project to reduce the amount of errors in serial number scanning during truck assembly. Identified multiple sources of error and several possible solutions to fix any current problems and prevent them from happening in the future. Estimated annual benefit from the project was $74,000.
