We are pleased to share that 63% of our business has now returned to growth, a significant increase from 50% last quarter. Revenue for the first quarter reached €5.5 billion (+0.4% organic growth), with an underlying EBITA of €146 million and an EBITA margin of 2.7%. This return to positive organic revenue growth is led by our Operational business, which grew 3% globally and saw a standout 8% growth in the US. By sustaining our growth momentum, driving productivity through delivery excellence, and rolling out our digital marketplaces, we are building scalability in our operating model and a strong foundation for the months ahead. Aaron Widmer liked thisAaron Widmer liked thisComing back from leave always comes with a few plot twists, starting with IT. 😅 Friday marked my official return, and IT made sure to give me a warm welcome. It took quite a while on the phone to get my password reset... only for it not to sync with my Google password. When I logged in on Sunday to get a head start and catch up, my password was wrong again. Cue another hour on the phone with support! 📱💻 Despite the tech hurdles, I was determined to hit the ground running and make sure I was fully prepared for this week. Now that the dust is settling, I’m stepping back to reflect on a few things I’m deeply grateful for: -My incredible team: They truly went above and beyond while I was away. Knowing my work was in their hands gave me total peace of mind. 🤝 -My wonderful clients: Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and agility as we navigated shifting contacts back and forth. -Perspective: Being away was a crucial reminder of how important it is to pause, prioritize our health, and make sure we’re in a good spot before jumping back into the grind. 🧠✨ It’s good to be back, reset, and ready for what’s ahead! #BackToWork #Gratitude #Teamwork #WorkplaceCulture #Randstad

And it's hard. 🛑 Preparing to go out on leave for a few weeks has triggered a ton of anxiety. It’s 100% my own doing and not a lack of trust in my team. It's simply because as a bit of a control freak, I worry about all the little details that are trapped in my brain and might not be written down somewhere. 🧠 Having an amazing leader who always goes above and beyond for her team is huge. Combined with incredible teammates ready to step in, it gives me a massive sense of relief. Knowing my desk is in all of their hands gives me true peace of mind, even if my inner control freak is still resisting it. I see this exact same dynamic play out in the enterprise corporate world. 🏢 When an organization transitions to a new national contingent labor program, stakeholders experience that exact same hesitation. It's rarely because they think a new partner will fail; it's just the natural anxiety of letting go of the reins and giving up control. True partnership means knowing everything will be completely fine when you return, even if letting go is the hardest part. 🤝 For the other control freaks in my network: when you have to transition a major project or step away from your desk, how do you successfully get out of your own head and hand over the keys? #Trust #WorkforceStrategy #Partnership #BusinessContinuity #Randstad

Not exactly a smooth start. 😂 Today, I signed my offer letter with JLL to support move management for Wells Fargo properties. After a few months of uncertainty, applications, interviews, networking, and more resume updates than I can count, I’m excited to be starting this new chapter. I also want to say thank you to everyone who reached out along the way. I have been absolutely blown away by the outpouring of support. Every job lead, referral, word of encouragement, message, recommendation, and conversation meant more than you know. It is one of the next major global growth markets, with real momentum across investment, media, sponsorship, attendance, community impact, and talent development. I am proud to be an investor in women’s sport, not only because it aligns with our values, but because I believe it is one of the most compelling long-term growth opportunities period. At Krause Group, our CSR strategy is aligned around three United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: gender equality, reduced inequalities, and climate action. Women’s sport sits directly at the intersection of purpose and performance. It is both the right thing to do and a smart long-term investment. In 2022, the ratio was 2.0 (2 jobs for every 1 seeker). It was a "sellers' market" for talent. Today’s 0.9 ratio means for every 10 people looking for work, there are only 9 open roles. The result? The "musical chairs" of the labor market just got much more competitive. We've moved from a talent shortage to a hiring surplus.
