And we're not slowing down. Q3 will bring even more, including API v3, Inbox Placement v2, new Warmup capabilities and additional integrations. • How often is your logo actually clicked? How important is your subject line? Does testing always improve your email performance? These are just a few of the hot takes discussed in our latest webinar with iPost, Harsh Truths About Email Marketing That No One is Telling You. Check out the clip below to see a glimpse into our conversation, or check out the entire thing here: https://hubs.li/Q04pcJ9K0

  • A high catch-all rate on your B2B list isn't always a data problem. Over 1 billion of the 11 billion addresses ZeroBounce processed in 2025 came back as catch-all. In enterprise-heavy lists, that number runs even higher — because the domains most likely to use catch-all configurations are the ones you most want to reach: Fortune 500s, Microsoft 365 tenants, Google Workspace domains, .gov, and .edu addresses. The frustrating part? Confirming which of those addresses were safe to email used to take up to 48 hours of additional processing. ZeroBounce now resolves many catch-all addresses during standard validation — no extra step, no long wait. Two reads worth pairing: - Why certain domains generate catch-all results → https://hubs.li/Q04nZfV10 - What we changed → https://hubs.li/Q04n-1dC0

  • We analyzed 1.6 million emails to find out which phrases people use most to soften their messages at work. "Friendly reminder" topped the list — appearing 1,772 times. Close behind: "sorry for the delay," "my apologies," and "apologies for the delay." A lot of these phrases aren't really about mistakes. They're about not wanting to seem demanding. Or intrusive. Or like too much. What does that say about how we communicate at work? Read the full report → https://hubs.li/Q04nS6vW0

Our CPO Dan Cotet was featured in Mailmodo's AI for GTM newsletter — and the topic is one we've been living inside: how to stop manually tracking competitors and let an AI agent do it instead. Dan's team built a system that analyzes pricing changes, product launches, and customer sentiment every week, then scores each update by business impact and drops a structured brief in Slack every Monday morning. His take on who owns it: "You do not need a marketer to be technical; you need them to be specific." Marketing defines what good output looks like. Engineering builds the system. The back-and-forth gets much shorter. Full breakdown of the 5-step build is in the link below. 🔗 https://hubs.li/Q04nRsnC0

  • Catch-all domains have always been a headache for email validation. They accept mail sent to addresses that don't exist, so marketers get "inconclusive" results and have to wait up to 48 hours for extra verification. ZeroBounce just fixed that. Our latest update classifies most catch-all addresses as valid or invalid during standard validation, no extra wait required. In internal testing, the number of Microsoft 365 addresses coming back as "catch-all" dropped by over 99.98%. Yahoo Finance covered the update here: https://lnkd.in/eDKUVGN3 If your team works with B2B contact data on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or a secure email gateway, this means faster, clearer answers on your lists.
