Recognition only matters if it reflects the experience customers have every day. XTIUM has once again been ranked among the world's top managed service providers on the 2026 MSP 501, placing in the Top 25 globally. But this isn't about a ranking. It's about what that ranking represents. For our customers, it means having a partner that helps them: ✔️ Simplify increasingly complex IT environments ✔️ Improve reliability and resilience across critical systems ✔️ Scale securely as business needs evolve ✔️ Reduce the burden on internal teams ✔️ Focus more time on driving the business forward As technology continues to evolve, from cloud and security to AI and automation, organizations need more than a collection of vendors. They need a partner that's accountable for outcomes. That's the role we strive to play every day for the more than 1,700 organizations that trust XTIUM worldwide. Thank you to our customers, partners, and team members who continue to push us forward. 👉 Read more: https://lnkd.in/eYs-Dcgf One partner. Real outcomes.

A recent Channel Dive article sparked an important conversation around the future of the MSP—and how the model is (or isn’t) adapting to how customers consume technology today. It’s a reality many partners and customers are experiencing firsthand. What does it actually mean to be an MSP today? Because if you look across the market… That definition is starting to blur. Some providers are still rooted in: - project-based infrastructure - one-time engagements - fragmented tools and services While others are trying to retrofit AI into models that were never built for it. That’s why the conversation happening right now in the channel is so important. The “MSP” label is up for debate. But the reality behind it isn’t. As Frank Scanga recently put it: “They really didn’t have the aptitude to re-transition their entire organization… now it’s our job to go in and transition to how their customers are consuming technology.” That’s the shift. From: Selling infrastructure To: Operating outcomes And that shift only becomes more critical with AI. Because AI doesn’t live in a silo. It touches: - your data - your network - your cloud - your security posture - and your day-to-day operations Which means the old model breaks down. You can’t: - separate strategy from execution - separate deployment from operations - or separate accountability across vendors This is exactly why we built XTIUM the way we did. As a true, full-cycle AI MSP. Where we don’t just: - recommend the strategy - or deploy the technology We: ✔️ assess readiness ✔️ define the roadmap ✔️ establish governance ✔️ deploy solutions ✔️ and operate them—every day Because businesses don’t need more vendors in the AI era. They need: - clarity - accountability - and a partner built for how technology is consumed today The MSP debate will continue. But for organizations trying to move forward with AI… The answer is already becoming clear. For partners and customers alike, the question isn’t what an MSP used to be. It’s who’s built for what comes next. That’s the standard we’re building toward at XTIUM. 👉 The MSP label is up for grabs — but the LAN isn’t | Channel Dive https://lnkd.in/eJczmESn

Most organizations don't struggle with AI technology. They struggle with what comes next. Which use cases matter most? What data is actually ready? How do you govern it? How do you move from a pilot to something that delivers real business value? That's where many AI initiatives stall. As Michael Riddell of Convergence Communications Strategies noted: "XTIUM's new XTAI architecture and product portfolio is really what our customers are moving towards... The integration of voice, network, cloud and now AI, under one managed umbrella is truly impressive and solves many of the problems integrating AI going forward." The organizations seeing real value from AI aren't chasing tools. They're building a foundation that allows AI to succeed. That starts with: ✅ Understanding where you are today ✅ Identifying the highest-impact opportunities ✅ Addressing governance and data challenges upfront ✅ Creating a roadmap tied to business outcomes Our XTAI Readiness Assessment and Advisory Services help organizations answer critical questions before significant investments are made. The outcome? ✔️ Clear priorities instead of endless possibilities ✔️ Faster time to value ✔️ Reduced risk and compliance exposure ✔️ Better decision-making powered by trusted data ✔️ A practical roadmap from pilot to production Because AI success isn't measured by how many tools you deploy. It's measured by how effectively your business operates because of them. That's why XTAI supports the complete AI lifecycle—from readiness and governance through deployment and ongoing operations—all through a single partner model. One partner. One roadmap. Real business outcomes.

A great IT partner doesn't just solve problems. They help prevent them. And they don't disappear once the project begins. Too often, organizations are left managing the very vendors they hired to lighten the load. Chasing updates. Escalating issues. Wondering whether projects are truly on track. That's not partnership. The best partnerships are built on two things: ✅ Proactive communication ✅ Mutual accountability Because even the strongest technology strategy can fall apart if no one is driving alignment, anticipating challenges, and keeping everyone focused on the outcome. One of the things we hear most from customers is that XTIUM doesn't wait for problems to surface. We stay engaged. We ask questions. We challenge assumptions when needed. And we work alongside our customers to ensure projects move forward with clarity and purpose. As Gene Beno from Mattr shared, successful partnerships aren't about always being right. They're about having a trusted partner who's willing to be accountable, embrace feedback, and stay focused on delivering results. At the end of the day, technology is only part of the equation. The real value comes from having a partner who helps carry the responsibility, navigate the complexity, and move your business forward.

AI can drive incredible value. But if no one is watching it… It can just as quickly become a risk. In this clip, we break down one of the most overlooked realities of AI adoption: 👉 You don’t always realize what you need, until something breaks. From cost overruns to compliance exposure, organizations are facing new challenges as AI becomes embedded into operations: Who is monitoring usage and model behavior? Who is controlling growing consumption costs? Who is ensuring compliance across systems and data? And what happens when something goes wrong at 2:00 AM? Key Takeaways: - Why unmanaged AI can lead to unexpected cost spikes - The risks of incorrect outputs from AI agents and models - The growing need for continuous monitoring and governance - Why compliance oversight is critical in regulated environments - The importance of having 24x7 operational support for AI systems AI doesn’t stop running after deployment. It requires: ✔️ Continuous oversight ✔️ Cost monitoring ✔️ Governance and compliance controls ✔️ Real-time support when issues arise At XTIUM, we approach AI differently. With XTAI (XTIUM Trusted AI), we don’t just deploy AI—we help operate it: - Monitoring model performance and behavior - Managing consumption and cost efficiency - Ensuring compliance across environments - Providing 24x7 support when it matters most Because AI success isn’t just about what you build. It’s about how you manage it—every hour of every day.

More security doesn't always mean less risk. In fact, many organizations today are facing the opposite problem: - Too many tools. - Too many alerts. - Too many overlapping investments. Yet uncertainty remains. The question isn't: "How much security do we have?" It's: "Do we have the right security in the right places?" Because every dollar spent on technology should help reduce risk, improve visibility, and strengthen resilience, not add complexity. That's why we created the XTIUM Security Operations Workshop. A collaborative session designed to help organizations: ✔️ Identify gaps in security coverage ✔️ Eliminate unnecessary overlap and spend ✔️ Evaluate security operations maturity ✔️ Prioritize investments based on actual business risk ✔️ Build a practical roadmap for improving security outcomes We’re here to help you understand where you stand today, what matters most, and where your resources will have the greatest impact. Because effective security isn't about doing more. It's about focusing on what matters most. 👉 Learn more: https://lnkd.in/eka5NpEz

There are a lot of providers that say they manage networks. Fewer that can take full ownership of the environment. Fewer still that can do it consistently, at scale, without passing the problem around.   With XTIUM, it’s one team. One platform. One place to go when something matters.   Our model is built around being accountable for the entire network lifecycle, from visibility to root cause to resolution. Not just monitoring. Not just alerts. Actually solving the problem.   Where we stand out: Real-time visibility across network, security, and application performance Automation that reduces noise and fixes issues before users feel them Integrated NOC and SOC, all internal, no handoffs   What that means for our Trusted Advisor Partners: You’re not hoping we can handle it. You know we can. You’re not managing multiple vendors behind the scenes. You have one provider who owns it.   At the end of the day, your name is on the recommendation.   Our job is to make sure that trust is never at risk.

Have you taken our Free AI Readiness Assessment? Every IT leader feels it right now.  The pressure to “do something” with AI.  The noise of new tools and promises.  The expectation to deliver outcomes—fast. But behind all of that… There’s a quieter reality:  - Too many pilots.  - Too little clarity.  - Too much risk to get it wrong.  That’s why we built XTAI — XTIUM Trusted AI. Not as another product.  Not as another platform.  But as a different way forward. A way to take organizations from:  uncertainty → clarity  pilots → production  ideas → real outcomes We’ve spent the last year running AI inside our own operations.  Seeing what works.  Seeing what doesn’t. And most importantly…  Understanding what it actually takes to make AI deliver in the real world. XTAI brings that experience together into one model:  - Start with readiness  - Get a roadmap that fits your business  - Establish governance you can trust  - Deploy and scale AI where it maximizes ROI All under one partner.  That’s what XTAI is here to deliver.  And we’re here to guide you, every step of the way. https://lnkd.in/e7KyjJc5
