    Before investing in withQ, they called our clients behind our back. We're glad they did. One of our investors told us the biggest reason they wrote the check wasn't our technology. It was trust. They spoke directly with our clients and heard about the results, reliability, and reputation we've built by delivering in real hospitality environments. Websites can be copied. Features can be replicated. Demos can be polished. Trust has to be earned. Today, we serve ownership groups, REITs, ski resorts, and independent hotels. Our team comes from Marriott, Disney Parks and Resorts, hospitality operations, voice AI research, and infrastructure engineering. We understand the industry because we've worked in it. We know what happens when a guest is waiting, a reservation is on the line, or a hotel team is overwhelmed. We've lived it. We're not vibe coding our way into hospitality. We're operators, researchers, and engineers building production-grade AI for an industry we know and care deeply about. And we're not a distributed company.     I spent several years at Disney Parks & Resorts before founding withQ. I thought I understood how hotels made decisions. Then I started selling software to them. Here's the biggest lesson I've learned: hotels rarely buy technology because of the technology. They buy it because of the problem they're trying to solve today. I've walked into meetings expecting to talk about AI, only to realize the conversation was really about labor shortages. Or missed revenue. Or guest satisfaction scores. Or an ownership group trying to improve NOI. Or a front desk team drowning in a phone that never stops ringing. Same product. Completely different reasons for buying it. Early on, I spent too much time explaining what our platform could do. Now I spend far more time understanding what's keeping that team up at night. Every hotel is different. Every ownership group has different priorities. Every GM is measured differently. Every IT team has different constraints. The technology matters. Understanding the business matters more. My years at Disney taught me how great hotels operate. Building withQ has taught me how hotels actually make decisions. Walt Disney famously obsessed over the guest experience. Building for hospitality means obsessing over the people behind that guest experience.

    People often ask what it's like building a startup. The truth is, it looks a lot like this. A small team solving impossible problems, celebrating the wins, learning from the losses, and somehow still finding time to laugh together. We didn't start by trying to build a company serving 1,000+ hotels. We started by trying to get one hotel to believe in an idea. We got one. Then 10. Then 100. Today, withQ helps power guest experiences across more than 1,000 hotels, resorts, ski destinations, and attractions. Back then, the vision was simple: build an AI voice agent that could answer the phone and help hotels capture more bookings. But once we got inside hotel operations, we realized the opportunity was much bigger. Reservations buried in calls. Front desks juggling requests. Housekeeping, concierge, dining, maintenance. Every department was full of repetitive work that pulled great people away from what they do best: taking care of guests. So we kept building. What started as one AI agent has become an AI workforce that helps hospitality teams capture bookings, coordinate operations, route requests, and support guests at every stage of the journey. But what I'm most proud of is this team. Their obsession with our customers, their willingness to move fast, and their ability to turn ambitious ideas into products our customers rely on every day is what got us here. We're still at the beginning. The AI workforce for hospitality is just getting started.

    We started with voice. A few years ago, withQ started with a simple idea: help hospitality teams answer every call and capture more bookings. Last week at HITEC, we showed what comes next. What began as AI agents handling reservations and guest communications has evolved into an AI workforce for hospitality. From booking and guest service agents to our newest Agentic Sales Coordinator, capable of autonomously handling group sales workflows from inquiry through booking, reducing administrative burden and accelerating response times, we're helping hospitality teams automate more of the work that happens behind the scenes so they can spend more time focused on guests. What stood out most wasn't the interest in AI itself. It was how quickly the conversation has shifted from experimentation to deployment. Hospitality leaders are no longer asking if AI belongs in their operation. They're asking where it creates the most value for guests, staff, and revenue.
