One now supports 500+ apps and 80,000+ actions 🎉 Your AI agents can search, connect, and act across the tools your business already runs on, without building hundreds of integrations from scratch. 🔌 More tools for your agents. 🛠️ Less integration work for you. And we're just getting started.

When Anthropic dropped Fable 5, the first thing I built was a 3D fantasy open-world game for exploring our own product. The idea is simple: What if discovering integrations felt less like reading API docs and more like walking through a world? The game has two main areas: 1. Atlas Vale Explore the integrations available in One by category, then dive into the actions each app supports. 2. The Sanctum Explore your own connected apps in One. Walk up to a character, chat with them, and execute an action through that integration. This project is mostly for fun, but it also reflects something we believe deeply at One: Integrations should not feel painful. Historically, working with integrations has meant docs, edge cases, auth flows, and a lot of glue code. With One, the goal is to make that entire experience feel simple, approachable, and even enjoyable when building agents or apps. Try it out for yourself! https://exploreone.games

Heading to SF next week for the AI Engineer World's Fair. 6,000 AI engineers. 300 speakers. An expo floor 3x bigger than last year, sold out months ago. A year ago, most of this was theoretical. Half of Twitter was still arguing about whether agents even worked. Next week, that argument is over. Leaders from OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, and more will be talking about evals, observability, inference, memory, security. There's a whole track now on agentic commerce: agents that transact, not just chat. I’m representing One, and agentic actions and transactions are the entire job. Watching the rest of the field land on the same problem in the same week is wild. Who else is going to be out there? If you're building agents, working on integrations or dev tools, or dragging something from demo to production, DM me! Coffee or a meal is on me.

Sales territories aren't ranked—they're stacked. A rep inherits 200 accounts, spends the first week of the quarter figuring out which ones are worth calling, and builds a scoring model in a spreadsheet that only they can see or trust. When they leave, the model leaves with them. We partnered with One (formerly Pica) to fix that at the infrastructure level. 🔍 An agent running on One polls Salesforce weekly, finds accounts with no score or a timestamp older than 30 days, and routes each one to the You.com Research API. A structured, multi-step process that surfaces funding rounds, headcount velocity, hiring patterns, and tech investment signals. The output maps to a 1–5 spend tier with a written rationale and writes directly back to the CRM record. Reps open Salesforce and find a pre-ranked territory. Say goodbye to stale firmographic bands from 18 months ago. The durable benefit isn't only the time saved, it's also that when every score comes from the same process against the same signals on the same cadence, RevOps can finally audit whether the model is actually predictive—and tune it. That feedback loop doesn't exist when scoring lives in 23 different spreadsheets. 📊 Full breakdown of the integration in the link below. 👇

One email a day on the topic you follow, with only the stories you haven't seen yet. You don't need an RSS reader, a read-it-later pile, and a dashboard for that. Here's how to build it with the One CLI: -You.com pulls fresh stories on any topic -A local file remembers every link it's already sent, so nothing repeats -Resend emails you the rest -A cron line runs it every morning One flow file, one crontab entry. No database, nothing to host. The only state is a JSON file sitting on your machine. This is just one use case. With One, you can build pretty much any you can think of, across 450+ integrations. Last night I had the chance to speak at Rust Demo Night in NYC with PostHog and One (formerly Pica), hosted at betaworks. My talk was called Rust for Trust. At One, we spend a lot of time thinking about trust: how agents access tools, how they take actions across systems, how we enforce permissions, and how we make sure things behave predictably in production. A big part of that comes from our foundation in Rust. Rust lets us build systems where reliability is not just something we hope for, but something we can design around. The performance wins are great, but the bigger thing for us is confidence. Confidence in how we handle concurrency, errors, auth, execution, and the guarantees we make to customers. It was also awesome to see what others in the Rust community are building. Real demos, real implementations, and a room full of people who care deeply about the craft. Huge thanks to PostHog for teaming up with us, to betaworks for hosting, and to everyone who came out, demoed, asked questions, and hung around after to talk Rust.

This Thursday, PostHog and One (formerly Pica) are taking over betaworks for a night of Rust. We rewrote One's core in Rust. Some of it went great. Some of it we're still cleaning up. Here's the night: 🔹 PostHog and One engineers on where Rust earned its place in core services, and where it didn't 🔹 Live demos from the NYC Rust community building real things 🔹 Food, drinks, good people, zero sales pitches 📍 Betaworks, NYC 🗓 Thursday, June 11 · 6:00pm Limited spots, approval-based. RSVP link's in the first comment. Building in Rust or weighing the jump? What would you want answered before betting a core service on Rust? 👇

I can't wait for tomorrow! Over lunch a few weeks ago, Moe Katib was telling me his philosophy on trust in agents. The conversation was so enlightening that I invited him to speak at the meetup, and he accepted! Moe Katib, the founder of One (formerly Pica) is speaking about why trust is the last mile of agents in production at our AI in Production meetup tomorrow. Can't wait to see y'all there!
