At Odyssey, Roni will lead product for our Parent & School experiences while helping drive our new Education Freedom Tax Credit initiative—making it easier for families to access educational opportunities through technology. Last week, Odyssey welcomed John Schoenig from the University of Notre Dame's Alliance for Catholic Education. John spoke to the Odyssey team about the history of school choice in America and the massive changes in K–12 education policy over the last 30 years. His presentation highlighted the growing opportunities to expand access for families. A milestone for education choice in Texas: More than 107,000 families are heading into their first school year using Education Freedom Accounts, making it the largest first-year school-choice launch in the country. One trend stands out: 6 in 10 awards went to kids in Pre-K through fifth grade. Families aren't waiting until high school to rethink education. They're choosing personalized learning earlier, when there's more opportunity to build around each kid's interests, needs, and goals. We're proud to be an approved provider on Odyssey, the platform administering TEFA, where we're helping families use their funding for live, teacher-led learning starting in pre-K. After months of collaboration and preparation, today the Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) Program officially launches. We're honored to partner with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts to power the TEFA Program and help deliver a secure, transparent, and seamless experience for families, schools, and providers from day one. Congratulations to everyone who made this historic launch possible.

Launch season is underway. Over the coming weeks, Odyssey will support nine education program launches and renewals across the country—including the launch of Texas, one of the largest education savings account programs in the nation, alongside new programs in Missouri, Florida, and Utah (Course Choice), while continuing to power established programs in Iowa, Georgia, Louisiana, Utah (ESA), and Wyoming. Every launch represents thousands of families preparing for a new school year, schools and providers getting ready to serve students, and state partners working to deliver transformative education programs. Behind each one are months of planning, testing, implementation, and collaboration across every team at Odyssey. It's a shared effort built on one goal: delivering a seamless experience for the families, schools, providers, and partners who count on us.
