Wisq is the AI platform for HR.

About us

Wisq is the AI platform for HR. We built Harper, the world's first AI HR teammate — designed to handle the judgment-heavy work that has historically consumed HR teams: job changes, performance concerns, leaves of absence, onboarding, and employee relations issues. Where HCM bolt-ons and chatbots deflect the easiest questions, Harper resolves full cases, end-to-end. The result is an HR function with the capacity and strategic bandwidth to focus on the work that moves the business. Companies get Harper live in weeks, not quarters, with implementation support built on deep HR domain expertise. Wisq serves HR leaders at leading companies across industries, helping them raise the bar on employee experience and expand what their teams are capable of. If AI in HR is on your radar, you don’t want to miss this conversation. Tune in Tuesday, June 30, between 2–3pm ET. Register today: https://lnkd.in/gDBdqbPg

"AI could be able to fake identity. It just cannot fake humanity." That's our Chief People Officer, Christine Kaszubski Aldrich, on this week’s episode of The Human Element podcast, and she’s highlighted what's actually at stake in hiring right now. Pindrop's own recruiting pipeline shows that nearly 1 in 6 applicants exhibit signs of data manipulation. She joined host Barb Bidan to talk about what hiring looks like when identity can be faked, why banning AI from applications filters out strong candidates while letting fraudsters through, and why the answer isn't going back to in-person interviews. The core argument: technology should handle identity verification so that recruiters can stay focused on what technology cannot replicate: judgment, curiosity, and the human side of a hiring conversation. Creating teams—the way you can put a group of diverse people together and never be certain of what you’ll get—has always interested Bradford Wilkins. That uncertainty, the people aspect, is part of the craft of HR to him. And that craft won’t go away in the AI era. I so enjoyed this conversation with Bradford. We riffed on his AI-first framework and why human judgment will always sit at the center of people decisions. Swipe through and stick around for his advice to anyone who thinks they've missed the bus on AI. (You haven't.) 🎧 Full episode of The Human Element is live now wherever you listen to podcasts. https://lnkd.in/gh7SjJDS

Breeze Airways™ operates across 85+ cities with 2,800+ pilots, flight attendants, mechanics, and ground crew keeping flights moving around the clock, so their HR team couldn't be a 9-to-5 operation. With Harper, Breeze now resolves 91% of HR inquiries without needing human handoff. Nearly half of those come in outside typical HR business hours. The People Services team went from inbox triage to strategic work. Thank you Jeff Weber and Dina Siclovan for your partnership, and for trusting us to support the people who keep Breeze flying. https://lnkd.in/gCzWAmBG

How do you balance the consistency of AI with the need for deeply customized organizational design? At Transform 2026, our Co-Founder and General Manager, Samara Jaffe sat down at The Desk with Clayton Holz, Head of Product at Wisq. They tackled the challenge of building AI that meets individualized organizational needs without losing the reliability that technology provides. As we solve the Human + AI Equation, the focus is shifting toward tools that adapt to the unique structure and culture of a company, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. Catch a glimpse of their conversation below, and find the link to the full interview in the comments . #Transform2026 #HumanAIEquation #FutureOfWork #TheDesk #ProductLeadership #AIStrategy

In The Human Element, Perficient CHRO Heather Oxley joins Barb Bidan and Wisq to share how we’re applying AI across the talent lifecycle, from project staffing to learning and recruiting, to bring greater clarity to the decisions that matter most. One key takeaway: the most impactful use of AI in HR is complementing human judgment in high-stakes, everyday moments, while ensuring the most important decisions always remain human-led. This is what it means to lead with an AI-First mindset. Tune in on Apple, Spotify, and YouTube to hear how we’re putting this into action.

AI adoption isn’t a technology challenge nearly as often as it’s a leadership challenge. Really enjoyed joining Barb Bidan on "The Human Element" podcast (brought to you by Wisq) to talk about what it actually takes to build trust, capability, and responsible AI adoption inside a regulated global organization, and why HR has a critical role to play in that transformation. We covered AI vs augmented intelligence, leadership accountability, technology adoption, enterprise guardrails, and the behaviours leaders need to model if they expect teams to evolve.
