The conversation around fertility challenges doesn't always reflect the full picture. Male-factor infertility contributes to nearly half of all known infertility cases, yet discussions, care pathways, and even benefit designs often focus primarily on women. For employers, that's an opportunity to rethink what truly comprehensive family-building support looks like. Supporting fertility means supporting everyone involved—with education, clinical guidance, testing, treatment options, and resources that recognize the full picture. The most effective benefits strategies don't assume who needs support. They ensure it's available to every employee who may need it. If you're building a more inclusive family-building strategy, we'd love to show you how WIN helps employers support every path to parenthood. Request a demo today: https://lnkd.in/e6BvH5tp

80% of women experience hormonal imbalance at some point, often without clear answers or support. In the workplace, that reality shows up in ways leaders don’t always see: fluctuating energy, disrupted sleep, mood changes, stress sensitivity, and the constant mental load of trying to manage symptoms alone. When employers offer benefits that make hormonal health easier to understand and navigate, employees gain stability, confidence, and a sense of being genuinely supported. And when women feel well, the ripple effects—focus, collaboration, long‑term engagement—reach every corner of the organization. Hormonal health isn’t a niche issue; it’s a core part of building a healthier, more sustainable workforce.

The moments that shape an employee’s experience often happen outside the workplace, especially when they’re navigating complex medical decisions. Amanda shared how Laurie and Sylvia, her WIN Nurse Care Advocates, helped her understand things she never would have figured out on her own. When you’re sitting in a doctor’s office, so much gets thrown at you and most people don’t know the medical lingo. You shouldn’t have to pretend you do. Their guidance helped her make sense of it all, showing how powerful it is when employees have support that can translate what’s happening, clarify the next steps, and stay with them throughout their well‑being journey — support that ultimately shapes how they feel and engage within your organization.

Summer offers many organizations a chance to reflect on the employee experience. One question worth asking: Are your benefits supporting employees when they need them most? Family-building, pregnancy, parenting, caregiving, and healthy aging don't slow down for the season. Neither should the support employees rely on. The strongest benefits strategies aren't defined by the number of programs they offer. They're defined by how confidently employees can access guidance during life's biggest moments. When employees know they have trusted guidance through every stage of life, they don't just feel supported—they feel valued. Through WINSuite, employers can offer clinically guided support for family-building, maternity, parenting, caregiving, healthy aging, and more—all connected through a single, coordinated experience. When support is continuous, employees feel the difference. And so do organizations. If you're evaluating how your benefits support employees across every stage of life, we'd love to continue the conversation. Request a demo here: https://lnkd.in/eNjPN8BB

Pregnancy insomnia is something many women quietly navigate, especially as their bodies change and sleep becomes harder to come by. With trends like the “sleepy girl mocktail” circulating online, it can be difficult to know what’s actually safe versus what’s simply viral. In a recent piece, Rachael Jones, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, and SVP of Clinical Client Strategy at WIN, offers a perspective that blends clinical expertise with practical, real‑world insight. She names what often gets overlooked in wellness trends: supplements aren’t always straightforward during pregnancy. As she explains, magnesium powders can “vary widely in dose and formulation,” and issues often arise “when people start layering supplements on top of what they’re already getting through food.” Her reminder is clear and important—“natural doesn’t automatically mean safe, especially during pregnancy.” Her voice brings nuance to a conversation that’s often oversimplified, and underscores why evidence‑based guidance matters when expectant parents are trying to make informed choices Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/g_Xk6dG2

1 in 6 people worldwide will face fertility challenges. And still, the experience is often met with silence, misunderstanding, and the assumption that it only becomes “real” once treatment begins. In reality, infertility starts long before the first appointment and reaches far beyond the medical side of the journey. As @/Rachael Jones, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, and WIN’s SVP of Clinical Client Strategy, recently spoke with @/NBC10 about what infertility truly looks like today: that it can be male, female, both, or unexplained; that it can surface after a first child; that years on birth control can mask early signs; and that it often becomes visible only when someone finally starts asking questions. Rachael’s reminds that behind every statistic is a person navigating uncertainty, hope, and often a long stretch of not knowing what comes next. Conversations like this matter. They help shift infertility from a private challenge to a shared understanding—one where people feel seen, supported, and less alone. If you want to explore more of the insights Rachael shared, you can read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/ewPgTN5d

When Amanda shared her family-building story with WIN, she spoke about more than treatment outcomes. She spoke about the people who helped her navigate the journey. Throughout her experience, WIN Nurse Care Advocates Laurie Lee and Sylvia Parrett provided clinical guidance, education, encouragement, and support during moments that often felt uncertain and overwhelming. Their impact reflects something we see every day: meaningful benefits are about more than coverage alone. We're proud to recognize Laurie and Sylvia—and all of the WIN Nurse Care Advocates whose expertise, compassion, and commitment help members feel informed, confident, and cared for. Because behind every successful outcome is a team of people helping make it possible. Read Amanda's member story here: https://lnkd.in/e_A3Xrqb

This Father’s Day weekend, we honored the many paths that lead to fatherhood. Fathers, father figures, fathers to be, and those hoping to grow their families all carry their own stories into this day. For some, Father’s Day brings joy and celebration. For others, it brings memories, longing, or the quiet hope of what the future may hold. At WIN, we recognize that fatherhood isn’t defined by a single experience. It can be shaped by biology, by love, by mentorship, by loss, or by the dream of becoming a parent someday. Every journey deserves space, compassion, and acknowledgment. We’re thinking of everyone marking this day in their own way. Happy Father’s Day Weekend💙
