About us

Run Your Space. Prove Its Impact. WhoFi helps community spaces like libraries, parks, and museums thrive in the digital age. The WhoFi online suite contains an event calendar, and meeting room booking management system. But what separates WhoFi from alternatives is the improved operational flow and advocacy reporting built in by default. Simply by doing the day to day operations of running your space, board and annual reporting is automatically generated and ready to use at a moments notice. We are headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and have been a member of its startup ecosystem since 2012. Our mission is to help community spaces thrive in the digital age and we offer a suite of software tools as well as social media interviews and training to help communities succeed. • New WhoFi updates are here. This round includes updates to navigation, registrations, spaces, passes, and reporting. With improvements like faster search, seasonal hours, custom space schedules, flexible registration settings, and age group attendance breakout.

  • Imagine this: A patron visits your library's website, selects a date, books a pass, and receives confirmation. No phone calls. No manual tracking. No guesswork. WhoFi Passes turns pass lending into a streamlined online experience for libraries and patrons.

  • First come, first served sounds fair. But it usually only serves the people who can show up right when the library opens. When passes are high-demand and date-specific, libraries need a clearer and more equitable system. WhoFi Passes reduces staff burden and improves the patron experience.

  • Museum passes are one of the most loved services libraries offer. But behind the desk? Binders. Sticky notes. Phone calls. Spreadsheets. Managing high-demand passes should not feel like a second job. WhoFi Passes helps libraries simplify pass management for staff and patrons.

  • Shannon shares how a craft beer fundraiser she initially resisted became a successful, six-figure event. By staying mission-aligned and focused on local businesses and people, the event strengthened both revenue and community connection.

  • Shannon explains why new programs struggled until the museum committed to consistency. Predictable schedules help families plan ahead and turn events into habits instead of one-time visits.

  • Families on free days aren’t coming to meet curriculum standards. They’re coming to have fun. Shannon shares how designing for joy, play, and comfort first led to stronger engagement and more return visits.
