About us

Welcome to Wheels Manufacturing, one of the world’s largest suppliers of high-quality bicycle derailleur hangers, small parts, repair parts, and specialty tools. We started in 1988 in Boulder, Colorado as a small machine shop producing cog removal tools and chain ring spacers, and quickly grew into a large-scale manufacturing facility producing a full line of small parts totaling over 1000 products. We are now located in Louisville, Colorado about 10 miles from our original location. At Wheels Manufacturing we offer a great place to work. We have about 20-30 hard working employees in our small business environment.     We’re excited to support a project that’s pushing the sport forward. Wheels Manufacturing is proud to partner with The The Hera Project for the 2026 race season. The Hera Project is doing something special creating real pathways for women in elite cycling, both on the bike and behind the scenes. Their program focuses on mentorship, rider development, and building opportunities for the next generation of athletes and industry professionals. For the 2026 season, the team’s TIME Scylon race bikes from TIME Bicycles will be running Wheels Manufacturing ceramic bottom brackets, delivering the smooth performance, precision, and durability required at the highest levels of racing. Beyond race day, we’re also supporting the team workshop with professional tools to help keep the bikes dialed all season long across the National Road and Circuit Series. Projects like this are exactly why we do what we do, building components and tools that riders and mechanics can rely on from the workstand to the start line.
