Building Business Capabilities
About us
WBC Training helps leaders and teams build the capabilities that drive performance. Much of our work now centres on trust — how it shapes teamwork, decision‑making, and the way people work together. This focus runs through our leadership programmes, team workshops, and the thinking we publish through Trust in Action. Alongside this, we help managers broaden their perspective and grow into confident senior leadership roles, building on their functional expertise to understand the wider context of their business. Over the last few years, WBC has worked with more than 3,000 leaders and managers and received 140 LinkedIn recommendations. We’ve also developed a substantial library of practical content and grown to a team of experienced partners and associates — all former executives with deep leadership and management backgrounds.

Over 50 conversations about trust revealed something consistent: people don’t describe trust as a concept — they describe how it feels in the day‑to‑day. We’ve summarised the themes that came through most clearly. https://lnkd.in/e6pS96PR
