BJ Durham joined Allegro in 2013 as an Assembler and has steadily advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, including Quality Inspector and currently Production Supervisor. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated strong leadership, initiative, and a commitment to operational excellence. BJ has successfully implemented several projects, most notably continuous improvement initiatives that significantly increased efficiency in both production and warehouse operations. He also stepped up to manage Operations in PDT while additional support was needed for the OPS team at Hermes, demonstrating reliability and leadership during a critical period. Known as an all-around team player, BJ consistently supports production and warehouse teams on the floor to ensure customer orders are completed and shipped on time. His contributions and leadership potential were further recognized through his selection for the WALTER Next Program for 2026.
