The Jersey Financial Services Commission's updated digital assets guidance provides greater certainty around application timelines for tokenised real world assets (RWAs) and initial coin and token offerings (IC/TOs). For businesses exploring digital asset and tokenisation opportunities, increased visibility around regulatory engagement is a positive development and supports bringing projects to market through Jersey. If you would like to discuss the updated guidance or are considering a digital asset or tokenisation structure in Jersey, please get in touch.
