  • Another look behind the scenes at how we approach ecommerce at Voracio. https://lnkd.in/ePzJxdNP #ecommerce #retailtech #inventorymanagement #ordermanagement #purchaseorders #saas #b2b

Our native Purchase Order / Goods Received module is another important core capability included in Voracio, helping retailers retain more of their profits. For many ecommerce businesses, managing PO’s and inbound stock often means adding another paid third-party system, another interface to learn, and another layer of support and maintenance to deal with. At Voracio, for several of our clients, the core purchase ordering and goods received capabilities they genuinely need, sit natively within the Voracio ecommerce platform, without the complexity and overhead of a much larger procurement or ERP system. With Voracio, retailers can manage purchase orders and goods received within the familiar Voracio interface, with practical features including: ✔️ Supplier targeting using Voracio’s smart targeting logic ✔️ Purchase order creation ✔️ Internal notes ✔️ Product selection pre-filtered by supplier ✔️ Quantity and cost price selection, including cost price history ✔️ Printable PO’s ✔️ Sent / accepted statuses ✔️ Multiple deliveries against a single PO ✔️ Received quantity and damaged item handling ✔️ Delivery-time cost price adjustments ✔️ Multiple filters on the main PO management page This is used by live clients and forms part of our wider approach to reducing third-party dependency for core ecommerce operations. Less third-party spend. More native capability. Less app sprawl. Less friction. More profit retained to reinvest into growth. #ecommerce #retailtech #inventorymanagement #ordermanagement #purchaseorders #saas #b2b

  • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗩𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝘆. Here’s a common sentiment: “𝗨𝗔 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝘀𝘀. 𝗚𝗔𝟰 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.” Since the end of Google Analytics Universal Analytics, a recurring theme has emerged in conversations with our clients. Many retailers feel that GA4 made even basic ecommerce insight harder to access, replacing a clear and familiar reporting experience with increased complexity and reduced confidence in the data. That feedback has helped shape how we are delivering the beta release of Voracio Insights, an all-new reporting module built directly into the Voracio eCommerce platform, which has long been part of our roadmap. We’re strong believers in the aggregation of marginal gains. Rather than chasing headline features, we focus on continual, meaningful improvements that compound over time. Voracio Insights is a significant step forward, and one of many enhancements we’re delivering across the platform. What’s included in the first beta release: • A Total Sales Report showing revenue, costs, and profit using first-party data • Fast, intuitive visual reporting built on a modern, scalable infrastructure • Flexible date range selection with period-on-period comparison • Comparative values drawn directly into the chart so trends are easy to spot • Insight that does not rely on cookies, tracking scripts, or modelled data It also means clients don’t need to add more tools or pay external consultants just to answer straightforward commercial questions. The foundations are now in place and we are actively working on additional Insight reports including: • Product performance, including analysis by attribute set, further drilling into attributes and their values • Customer performance and value • Location-based performance and regional trends • Overlaid Voracio driven and external promotions exposure, showing impact on sales These upcoming reports are designed to build on familiar data structures, keeping insight easy to understand while significantly strengthening what can be analysed and actioned. Voracio Insights is included at no additional cost. We’re building deeper capability directly into the core platform, reducing reliance on third parties and giving clients more value from their existing investment. More to come soon. #ecommerce #analytics #ga4 #saas #foundermentality
