Cluttered wires? We know how to solve this problem. Hide the cords in your 606 Universal Shelving System by placing them through your E-tracks and keeping them in place with aluminium pins. You can also position the bottom shelf or cabinet just above the electrical sockets (for a wall mounted system), or obscure the outlets behind shelves and cabinets (for a semi-wall mounted system) while maintaining full access. Cable management for your lighting, laptop or other electronic devices can be smart and easy. It’s the structure that helps you work, relax and do everything in between. Installing 606 for the first time can be quite an exciting moment. We know that. We’ve been there. And we’re always happy to help you with it. In some locations, we can either offer our own installation service or recommend local installers. Ask us about it when planning your system. Prefer to do it yourself? Along with your order, we supply comprehensive installation instructions – together with all the necessary wall fixings and templates – so that you (or your capable friend) are fully equipped and ready to install your shelving system. The last weekend of June and the first weekend of July at Vitsœ were all about arts and crafts. We opened our doors to the community as part of the Warwickshire Open Studios Summer Art Weeks, turning our production building into an open exhibition space. Luckily, we have some exceptionally talented creative folk working across our teams, and this year, we gave five of them the floor to showcase their personal work. Plus, everyone who visited us had the unique opportunity to watch the assembly of our 620 Chair Programme firsthand. Here is a glimpse of what happened over the past two weekends.

Where the linen for our 620 Chair Programme grows… June is the best month to observe the beautiful blue fields in Western Europe – when flax plants bloom, their stalks reaching around 100cm in height. Flax fibres make linen, one of the oldest and most robust textiles on earth, but each flax flower lasts only one morning, shedding its petals by the afternoon for another to open the next day. Forty years after the design workshop in Brakel, our friends from FSB are bringing back an unmistakable design by Dieter Rams – the FSB 1138 door handle. Now, in 2026, to mark the 40th anniversary of the door handle workshop, the German company is bringing back this iconic classic. “Revised and future-oriented, the entire lever handle is now manufactured locally in Brakel from aluminium. The grey tone of the rgs reappears in the new ‘Aluminium Pure’ finish. These minimal interventions were carried out in close coordination with Dieter Rams – and the standards he set for his design back in 1986 continue to meet today’s requirements with ease,” shares FSB Franz Schneider Brakel. Congratulations! This relaunch is very exciting news for everyone who appreciates Dieter’s designs.
