For John and the design team, everything we build is guided by a simple principle: make our products intuitive from the moment they're installed to the moment they're used. Here, John shares one example: how our cameras subtly indicate the horizon line (eye level) so you instinctively know how to position them during installation. It's a detail you may never think about, but that's exactly the point.
