As AI search continues to reshape how buyers discover brands, content strategy needs to evolve. As our VP of Marketing, James Bishop, MBA , shared with CMSWire: "Content that was once written only to get organic search results now needs to be written with the mindset of 'what do I want the AEO engines to say about me." A great perspective on the future of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Read the full article from CMSWire: https://hubs.la/Q04n7YQp0

An automated sales pipeline does more than organize leads. It ensures every inquiry gets a timely response, every follow-up happens when it should, and every opportunity receives the attention it deserves. Without automation, leads get missed, follow-ups slip, and revenue leaks from your pipeline. With the right process in place, your team spends less time managing tasks and more time having meaningful sales conversations. More outreach isn't the answer. Better outreach is. Too many sales teams focus on increasing activity when the real issue is their cadence. The right sequence, timing, and channel mix can make the difference between getting ignored and getting a response. A high-performing sales cadence isn't about doing more. It's about doing the right things in the right order. Learn how to build one that converts: https://hubs.la/Q04lJ4YV0 #SalesEngagement #SalesCadence

A CRM won't fix a sales productivity problem. There. We said it. CRMs are great at tracking what happened. - Open deals - Past activities - Pipeline forecasts. What they don't do? Help reps execute great outreach today. That's where a Sales Engagement Platform comes in. CRM = system of record. Sales Engagement Platform = system of action. The best sales teams don't choose between the two. They use both. https://lnkd.in/gaUAMR-Q #SalesEngagement #CRM

Vanillasoft reposted this
When I was at HubSpot managing the consulting team, one of the most useful coaching practices we rolled out was call scorecards. The idea was simple. I would sit in on one or two consultant calls each week, score them against a consistent framework, and use that as the basis for more specific feedback. It helped. But the constraint was obvious. I could only coach what I had time to hear. That is what stood out to me in Vanillasoft's new AI-powered Caller Scorecard release. The headline is that AI can evaluate calls. The more interesting operator story is what that does for managers. If every qualifying conversation can be evaluated against a consistent scorecard, managers are no longer relying only on the handful of calls they personally review. They can see patterns across more conversations, identify where each caller needs support, and spend coaching time on the highest-leverage development areas. That matters because good coaching is not just about telling someone what went wrong on one call. It is about helping them understand the pattern behind the behavior and giving them something specific to work on next. For phone-first teams, this is where AI call evaluation may become useful. Not as a replacement for manager judgment, but as a way to make coaching more consistent, more evidence-based, and less dependent on random sampling. The call still matters. The manager still matters. AI just gives the manager a better starting point. https://lnkd.in/eQU3k_K6 3Sixty Insights
