Renewed Partnership with UXPressia I am pleased to announce that Michael Brandt CX-Excellence has entered into a renewed partnership with UXPressia, the customer journey mapping and journey management platform. Those of you who have worked with me over the years will know that UXPressia has long been my tool of choice for bringing customer journeys to life. After a short interlude, I am delighted to be working closely with the team again, and to once more recommend UXPressia as my preferred journey mapping platform across my training programmes, workshops, bootcamps and consultancy engagements. Customer Journey Management sits at the heart of any serious CX programme. Done well, it turns abstract strategy into something teams across an organisation can see, discuss and act upon. UXPressia gives practitioners a structured, collaborative environment to do exactly that, and it pairs naturally with the methods I teach.
