Integrating a new ingredient into a purpose-built dispenser used to take months of trial-and-error. We think it should take days. Hyphen is partnering with Motoniq to bring physical AI to dispenser design and optimization on the Makeline. The goal is a tighter loop: explore more of the design space, surface hardware and control configurations we would never have tested manually, and converge on better-performing dispensers with fewer physical runs. As the dominant category leader in Mediterranean, we continued to grow significant revenue and market share as we bring together bold, healthful, and flavorful food to more communities every day. Our second quarter highlights include: • A 20.3% increase in CAVA Revenue, and a 62.6% increase over the last two years • CAVA Same-Restaurant Sales Growth of 2.1% • Restaurant Level Profit Margin of 26.3% • 16 net new restaurants, ending the quarter with 398 restaurants, a 16.7% increase year over year • Adjusted EBITDA of $42.1M, a 22.6% increase over the second quarter of 2024 • Net Income of $18.4 million and, • $21.9 million in year-to-date free cash flow As we look ahead, we remain steadfast in executing our strategic plan and staying true to our values and mission to bring heart, health, and humanity to food.
