Good software solves a problem. Great software fits into everything else. That's becoming the real differentiator in enterprise travel. Not more features. Better connections. We explored why open architecture is shaping the next generation of travel technology. https://lnkd.in/gf55n-Gq
Most companies know what they spend on business travel. Very few know what they're losing because of how it's managed. Approval delays. Last-minute bookings. Duplicate reimbursements. Hours spent chasing invoices. Small inefficiencies that quietly add up to big costs. Our latest blog uncovers where those hidden costs come from, and how finance teams can gain visibility and control. Read more: https://lnkd.in/gWqB6R2s

Employees don't wake up excited to use a travel platform. They just want to get where they need to be, with as little friction as possible. For years, we've focused on building better software. Now, the focus is shifting to software that quietly gets the work done. At TripGain, we believe AI copilots are making that possible... understanding travel intent, applying policy, routing approvals, booking itineraries, and preparing expenses with minimal effort from employees. The future of corporate travel won't be defined by more features, but by how little employees have to think about the process. We explore this shift in our latest blog https://lnkd.in/gzCEVe4Q

For years, we celebrated every new enterprise application we brought into the business. Finance got better software. HR got better software. Sales got better software. Travel got better software. Procurement got better software. Every department became more efficient. But somewhere along the way, we stopped asking a simpler question: Did work actually become easier? I have been thinking about this a lot lately. This is the first of a few observations I want to share on where I believe enterprise software is heading next.
"Follow the travel policy." Isn't a policy. If employees have to ask: • Can I book this hotel? • Is business class allowed? • Do I need approval for this trip? • Will this expense be reimbursed? ...your policy is creating more questions than answers. Clear travel policies reduce uncertainty, speed up bookings, simplify approvals, and improve compliance. Create a customized travel policy in minutes based on your company's travel requirements, approval workflows, and spending guidelines. Powered by a platform trusted by 400+ corporates globally. https://lnkd.in/grtdyHGZ
How many dashboards does it take to answer one simple question? Why did travel spend increase this month? Or... Which trips are still awaiting approval? Or... Which suppliers are driving the highest costs? Enterprise travel has no shortage of data. What it's often missing is a simpler way to access it. Maybe the future of travel management isn't another dashboard after all. Curious to hear your thoughts. If you're attending GBTA Convention 2026 (August 3-5, Chicago), let's continue the conversation at the TripGain booth - 4506. #GBTA2026 #BusinessTravel #TravelTechnology #CorporateTravel #AI #ExpenseManagement
