  • RCB is here. But the biggest challenge isn't understanding the regulation, it's preparing for what it means in practice.   Over the past few months, we've been working closely with clients and exchanges across Europe as they prepare for the upcoming Reasonable Commercial Basis (RCB) changes.   One thing has become clear.   While much of the conversation has focused on pricing, the organizations making the most progress are looking beyond costs and asking broader operational questions.   Will our existing declaration processes still work? How do we manage different approaches across multiple exchanges? Are our inventories, entitlement models and governance processes ready? What happens if our reporting no longer reflects the new licensing models?   These are the conversations we're having every day.   In this special edition of Market Data Matters, we've brought together key themes emerging from those discussions, along with five practical priorities market data teams should be focusing on as the changes take effect.   If you'd like to discuss how these changes could affect your organization, we'd love a chance to share what we're seeing across the market.

  • The most expensive invoice issues are often the ones you find too late.   Overbilling, pricing changes and discrepancies can easily slip through when processes are manual and fragmented.   One of the key themes discussed by Raushon Uddin during our Introducing Invoice AI webinar was the importance of identifying issues earlier.

  • What does it take to help legal and knowledge teams make better decisions about the information they rely on every day? We sat down with Jose V. Camacho, our Director of Business Development - Legal Industry, to find out. Jose brings a genuinely unique perspective. After years working on the vendor side of legal information services, he joined TRG Screen to help organizations take back control with real usage data to understand what is delivering value, what is underused, and where smarter decisions can be made. "A vendor may tell you someone logged into a platform. But that doesn't tell you whether they used it meaningfully." That distinction matters. And it is exactly the kind of clarity Jose helps clients find. In this edition of Meet the Expert, Jose talks about: ➡️The pressures facing legal library and knowledge management teams right now ➡️Why better data leads to better conversations with suppliers and stakeholders ➡️What a relationship-first approach actually looks like in practice ➡️Climbing Kilimanjaro, hiking Mount Whitney, vinyasa yoga, and cheering on the Arsenal Gunners If you work in legal information, knowledge management, or professional services and are thinking about how to demonstrate the value of your digital subscriptions, this one is worth a read. • From invoice processing to smarter decision-making. The goal isn't simply faster invoice processing.   It's giving teams the confidence, visibility and time to make better decisions.   In this short excerpt from our recent Invoice AI webinar, Raushon Uddin explains how AI can help shift the focus from administration to action.

  • In 1913, Henry Ford didn't build a better car. He built a better way of building cars, and changed the economics of an entire industry. This month, our CEO Leigh Walters draws a direct line from Ford's assembly line to agentic AI, and makes the case that market data management is one of the clearest examples of where that shift should happen next. Most teams are still running a manual production line, with skilled professionals spending their time moving information between systems rather than acting on it. Read more to see why that's the problem worth solving.

  • How much of your team's time is spent keying in invoice data rather than analysing it?   Invoice AI is designed to automate the heavy lifting, helping teams get to the important questions faster.   Raushon Uddin explains more in this extract from our Introducing Invoice AI webinar.

  • Happy Father's Day to all the dads at TRG Screen and beyond. We asked some of our dads what fatherhood has taught them, and here's what they had to say: patience, presence, and a whole new sense of perspective. To every father, thank you for everything you bring to work and to the world.

  • Different vendors. Different formats. Different structures.   It's one of the reasons invoice reconciliation consumes so much time for market data teams. Cleaning, standardising and validating invoice data… often manually.   During our recent Introducing Invoice AI webinar, Raushon Uddin discussed the hidden operational cost of that process.
