In an environment where punctuality, reliability and fast access to technical support and spare parts are essential, our partnership helps ensure smooth and continuous operations. • Cross-site collaboration in action ✈️ Our new site in Singapore is already making a strong impact - and a big part of that momentum comes from learning across sites. The on-the-job training delivered by our colleagues from Hamburg is a great example of how sharing best practices drives real results. From stronger workflows to a clear boost in productivity, this is what happens when teams connect, learn and improve together. As our COO Dirk Hanenberg put it: “Beyond the obvious team spirit, we’ve already seen a real boost in productivity from putting those best practices into action.” We’re just getting started. Strengthening collaboration between Singapore and Hamburg will continue to unlock new opportunities - for both teams and for how we serve our customers.

  • Matt Palmer, our S&OP Supply & Demand Planner, took on Ironman 70.3 Valencia in April and absolutely smashed it: 22nd overall and 1st from Denmark 🏆   Before the race, we asked him about his preparations for this year’s triathlon season:   “The winter has been used to build a good foundation for the race season, embracing the winter grind. Has every session been amazing? Definitely not. But I have banked over 275 hours of training since the start of 2026, which I hope will put me in good shape for Valencia. With the continued support of TP Aerospace, I was able to visit a velodrome and carry out aero-testing to further optimize my position and equipment on the bike and with these findings, calculations show a 4-minute improvement across the bike leg of an Ironman. I am looking forward to getting out there and testing myself against the best triathletes in the world and representing TP for the 2026 season.”   TP Aerospace sponsors Matt in his triathlon career - and we couldn’t be prouder. As a professional triathlete competing worldwide, he brings the same drive, precision, and endurance that we bring to every wheel and brake ✈️💚   Next up: Ironman Lanzarote this Saturday. Best of luck, Matt - we’re cheering you on! 👏
