Explosion of culture!
London Borough of Camden has a strong reputation for innovation. A lot of other councils look to them to see what tools and practices they are implementing. Their fantastic lovecamden.org cultural listings website helps residents find wonderful things to do close to home and is now powered by TownSpot. Unfortunately, the website used to suck hours out of their cultural team's week. They had a painful spreadsheet process for public event submissions and this is where our smart event submission forms came into help. Their whole pipeline is now automated - saving them hours of work each week. Even better, all their events are also added to TownSpot's neigbourhood calendars across the borough, with a local engaged hyperlocal newsletter audience of 1,300+ residents. So it's also a great data sharing solution, to reach more Camden residents. Our intelligent forms have freed the cultural team to instead work on more impactful projects to enhance Camden's cultural scene and connect people to where they live and to improve community cohesion.
