Some of that is due to progress, the result of a run of arrests that reduced “smash-and-grab” theft. Shippers understandably read the number as relief, and a sign the tide had finally turned. But it hadn't. The crews that replaced the smash-and-grab thieves now work through stolen identities rather than broken locks, and this type of fraud has jumped roughly 1,500% since 2021. “I think Tive is a real value add for our group. If we had to go back to life before Tive, I would be very upset.” → Marjorie Lesueur, Logistics Analyst at @Moët Hennessy Prior to using Tive, Moët Hennessy could only track their high-value shipments via updates provided by carriers. Now, the team at Moët Hennessy has access to live shipment visibility and real-time alerts that provide significantly more detail than traditional tracking platforms.
