This is the ripple effect many campuses are navigating, and why earlier visibility into student needs matters more than ever. Thank you, Kelsey J. and Safa Shooshtry, for representing our team at the North Carolina Behavioral Health Convening. 🌟 We're proud to see our team building relationships, sharing ideas, and contributing to conversations that help strengthen support across campuses. #StudentSuccess #HigherEd #TimelyCare
I had a great time this week at the 9th Annual North Carolina Behavioral Health Convening at UNC Pembroke with my teammate Safa Shooshtry! I really appreciated the opportunity to connect with leaders from institutions across North Carolina who are all focused on improving student wellbeing and expanding access to behavioral health support on campus. Thank you to the University of North Carolina System, North Carolina Community College System, and the North Carolina Independent Colleges & Universities for putting together such a strong event and creating space for important conversations around student mental health. Special thank you to Dr. Kyle Smith and the entire University of North Carolina at Pembroke team for the hospitality during our time on your beautiful campus. We met so many wonderful people and truly enjoyed being there! As TimelyCare continues partnering with institutions across North Carolina, it’s exciting to see the level of collaboration and commitment schools are bringing to this work. I'm already looking forward to next year! 🩵

Good days start with the right support. 💚 But before we can support students, we need to understand what they're carrying. Many students are balancing far more than academics alone, and the impact often shows up in ways we don't immediately see. This Mental Health Awareness Month, we're sharing insights and resources to help schools and families better support student well-being.
