Exciting progress at Arcadia 1850! The project has officially reached its topping out milestone. With the structural framework now complete, we’re another step closer to bringing a dynamic new residential community to Buford, GA. We’re incredibly grateful to Varium Construction Group and the entire project team for their hard work, partnership, and commitment throughout this project.

We are excited to announce the successful closing of a land acquisition for a new self-storage development in Oviedo, Florida. We look forward to bringing this project to the community and sharing additional updates as development progresses.
