10 years ago, theCut started with a simple idea: make it easier for people to find and book their barber. What’s happened since is bigger than we could’ve imagined. 100M+ appointments. 10M users. Countless memories for everyone involved. To those of you who believed early — especially in the early days, thank you! The friends, the family, the investors… and the ones who took a bet on Obi and Kush when this was just a vision. You helped build what exists today. Now, theCut is nominated for a Webby Award for Best User Interface — a reflection of the decade spent refining and building for the future. We're grateful for the journey. Even more excited for what’s ahead. If you’ve been part of this story, we’d appreciate your support. 🙏 Vote For Us: https://lnkd.in/gczRSrhs Voting ends April 16. @thewebbyawards #WebbyAwards #StartupJourney #ProductDesign #Gratitude #theCut

A common ask we hear from SaaS Platforms is the desire to ship new features and products faster, but efficiently and without having to grow headcount. Stripe’s embedded components were built to help your teams ship production-ready payments workflows in days, with minimal code. Some highlights from new data on how platforms on Stripe use embedded components: 🌎 Bigger platforms use them more: Even though we built these components with startup platforms in mind, large platforms adopt ~3x more and implement more components to mitigate global complexity and ship faster. For example, Kajabi launched a Xero integration in 6 weeks, and FreshBooks setup onboarding in 160+ countries. 🛍️ IRL leads adoption: In‑person sectors adopt at >2x the average–simple payments management tools are critical for businesses facing the additional complexity that comes with running a physical store. For example, Cloudbeds cut hotel go‑live from weeks to hours, and theCut quickly launched an onboarding experience for merchants to accept in-person and online payments. 🎨 Brand first: Platforms aren’t willing to sacrifice branding for speed -- in fact, 71% use theming (colors, styling) to preserve brand consistency, showing how important visual language is, particularly for payments workflows. What happens when growth teams talk about engagement in the age of AI? At App Promotion Summit this week, theCut's Head of Growth, Darrian Cate, MBA, joined a panel on how to scale and adapt in a fast-moving landscape. Of course, Aampe was part of the conversation, from powering millions of haircut bookings to keeping engagement relevant in real time. It’s another example of agentic infrastructure showing up wherever personalization matters. 👏 Thanks to Darrian and theCut team for making it real on stage. From Berlin to Chicago to NYC, and soon Prague and Stockholm, this season has shown one thing clearly: agentic AI isn’t an edge case anymore. It’s the new default. #AgenticAI #AppGrowth #CustomerExperience #CRMReimagined #APSNYC25 #LearningSystems
