The Work Exchange Team (WET) provides event labor solutions, with years of experience managing volunteer and FanStaff programs at the largest and most successful festivals across the US & Canada. WET has assisted in placing thousands of young music enthusiasts in a variety of event departments at hundreds of events, assisting participants in getting on-the-job experience and training, and "Getting their feet WET in the music industry."
