We’re hiring at Tessact for 2 engineering roles working at the intersection of AI, video, and creative systems. These are not generic software engineering roles. 1. Software Engineer (AI + Video) We are specifically looking for people who have worked on: - clipping tools - auto editors - highlight generators - long-form to short-form content workflows - AI systems that understand and transform video Strict non-negotiables: - Proven experience through work or meaningful projects - You have actually built systems in this space - Strong understanding of the challenges involved in generating coherent short-form content from long videos - Ability to work independently on messy, ambiguous problems 2. Software Engineer (Gen AI – Image & Video) We are looking for engineers who have deep hands-on experience with image/video generation systems and care about output quality, realism, and creativity.
