  • Last week, the Thesis team enjoyed a night at Masquerade NYC! It was immersive, unexpected, a little mysterious and exactly the kind of experience that reminds us how important it is to step outside the day-to-day and spend real time together. A memorable night with an exceptional team. Already looking forward to the next one.

Hello again, world! Excited to announce I'm hiring at Thesis. These two roles will shape the best-in-class retention program we're building for our brands Thesis and Stasis. Some FYIs: 1. Must be (or want to be) AI-fluent and be able to straddle the line between marketing and product. 2. We're 4-days a week in office in Chelsea. Thesis is my first in-office role since Covid lockdown and I had a lot of trepidation but it's been so worth it. 3. I'm open to a wide net of experience. If there's something in these roles you identify with, reach out! Senior Lifecycle / CRM Manager: https://lnkd.in/gNbhheWb Retention Product Manager: https://lnkd.in/g97_CY_M

The Thesis team had the pleasure of visiting one of our partners to better understand the R&D process behind our upcoming Stasis Kids Day & Night Capsules, and to see how our Thesis and Stasis adult products are produced. It’s one thing to talk about product innovation in a meeting. It’s another to see the science, testing, formulation work, and care that goes into bringing these products to life. Huge appreciation to the Thesis team for continuing to push on products that are thoughtful, effective, and built with real intention. Excited for what’s ahead.

If you live in the corners of the internet where ADHD culture actually happens, keep reading. We're is hiring a Social & Community Strategist at Thesis It's not a schedule-and-post role. We need someone already in the comments, in the DMs, in the conversations — with sharp instincts for what to amplify, what to weigh in on, and when to just listen. And someone who can take what they hear and feed it back into how we build product and brand. You'd report into Devon Russell, our Head of Brand. One of my favorite people I've ever worked with. The last few months have been some of the most rewarding of my career. Real ownership, work that's actually moved the needle, and smart, kind teammates. Plus, I genuinely recommend the product to friends and family Apply or send to someone you'd vouch for 👇 https://lnkd.in/evsEaH5N #social #nycjobs #socialmediajobs

Last week, we took the Thesis team to Costa Rica for our 2nd annual international work week. We worked, had fun, reset, and spent real time together outside the normal pace of the office. The best teams are built through trust, context, and shared standards. Weeks like this make all three stronger. Proud of this team and grateful for the energy they bring to what we’re building.

We love our volunteers! This Volunteer Appreciation Month, our friends at Thesis hosted youth overcoming homelessness at Covenant House for a career day at their NYC offices. After an employee panel, we paired off for 1-on-1 mentoring, resume building, interview prep, and career mapping. Our residents also made great use of Thesis' dog-friendly office to make some new canine friends! But Thesis isn't just any partner. Their founder, Dan Freed, was once a resident at Covenant House New York, just like the youth who came for the career workshop. Dan took the opportunity to share his personal experience and words of encouragement, reminding our youth of how bright their futures can look. And Thesis is committed to helping build that future for Covenant House residents! Over the past 4 years, their Sleep Out team has raised over $57,000 to keep our doors open for youth 24/7.

Last Friday, our team at Thesis slept outside for the Covenant House International Sleep Out to stand in solidarity with young people experiencing homelessness. Together, we raised over $16,000 for Covenant House and the incredible work they do providing shelter, support, and opportunity to youth in crisis. Spending the night outside gives you about 0.1% of the reality these young people face every day. It's uncomfortable. It's humbling. And it's a reminder that showing up matters more than showing off. Proud of this team for stepping up. Not because we asked them to, but because they wanted to. If you're looking for a cause worth supporting, give Covenant House a look.

Today we’re proud to introduce Stasis Kids — the first gummy designed to support kids on stimulants. For our founder, Dan Freed, this one is personal.

Ever since we created Stasis, I knew a kids version had to exist. Expelled from preschool at four. Diagnosed with ADHD at six. Dropped out of high school at sixteen. I know what it feels like to be the kid whose brain works differently. And I know what it feels like when you're out of options. 1 in 9 children are now diagnosed with ADHD. More than 5 million kids in the U.S. take prescription stimulants. Those medications work. They help kids focus. They help them function. And for many families, they make everyday life possible. But they also come with a pattern parents know too well: The afternoon crash. The irritability. The meltdowns. The bedtime battles. Not because the medication is bad. But because of how it is designed. Stimulants increase dopamine. They can also elevate cortisol and increase oxidative stress. In adults, that feels like burnout. In kids, it looks like big emotions in small bodies. When I have a child, it is very likely they will have ADHD. I would not let them take a stimulant without support. That conviction is why we built Stasis Kids. In our first parent survey, after just 14 days: → 84% reported improved mood → 74% reported fewer meltdowns One parent told us: "You are giving me my son back." That kid is who we built this for. If this resonates, share it. The parents who need this most don't know it exists yet. Learn more → https://lnkd.in/ePHkhP-B
