Simply flying to the US for the World Cup is one thing. Bringing a Swapfiets bike with you is another. ✈️🚲 While most fans had to deal with expensive parking and traffic jams in North America, two of our members, Jalen and Matthias, did things differently. They packed up their Swapfiets bikes, flew them across the Atlantic, and cycled to matches and fan zones. Honestly, it doesn’t get any more Dutch than that! Now known as "the blue tyre boys," they proved that sustainable travel is possible even at the world’s biggest sporting event. Although the tournament has unfortunately come to an end for the Netherlands, we were thrilled to follow their journey, and you can check our socials to know more about that. Their adventure reminded us that sometimes the ride is just as important as the destination.
