  • In a children's home, an unfamiliar face is never neutral. Every new adult who walks through the door either adds to a young person's sense of safety — or chips away at it. Which is why agency staffing for children's residential services carries a higher bar, and should. Here's what has already happened before any Support Ethics team member reaches your home: ✔ Enhanced DBS check ✔ References verified — actually spoken to, not just requested ✔ Full employment history checked, gaps explained ✔ Experience matched to your setting — EBD, trauma-informed practice, waking nights, team leading And because stability matters more in children's services than anywhere else, we work for consistency: the same faces returning, not a rotating cast. If your home needs dependable staffing support — short-notice or planned — we'd welcome a conversation. 📞 0330 043 5452 | ✉️ contact@support-ethics.co.uk #ChildrensResidential #SaferRecruitment #Safeguarding #ChildrensHomes #SocialCare

  • Support workers, healthcare assistants, team leaders, nurses — a question: What would it take for you to actually trust an agency? Our answer, after years in this industry: being treated like a professional, not a number on a rota. Here's how Support Ethics works: → Shifts that fit your life — days, nights, waking nights, weekends; you set your availability, we work around it → Matched by experience — we place you in settings where your skills fit, not just wherever there's a gap → Your compliance file handled properly — DBS, training, references kept current so paperwork never costs you a shift → A real person on the phone 24/7 — the same line our clients call → Straight answers — if a role isn't right for you, we say so We're recruiting across England and Wales right now. 📞 0330 043 5452 | 🌐 support-ethics.co.uk #SupportWorkerJobs #HCAJobs #CareJobs #NurseJobs #SocialCareJobs

  • 96,000. That's how many adult social care posts were still vacant in England in the year to March 2026, according to Skills for Care. The headline was good news: a 6.2% vacancy rate, the lowest in a decade. But look closer: → It's still roughly three times the vacancy rate of the wider economy → British-national recruitment keeps falling, and international recruitment has dropped to its lowest level in years → The sector is projected to need hundreds of thousands more posts by 2040 And none of that maths helps you at 6am when today's rota is one person short. That's the gap Support Ethics exists to close — vetted, experienced support workers, healthcare assistants and nurses across England and Wales, with a phone that's answered 24/7. Talk to us before the rota breaks, not after: 0330 043 5452. • Since 2019, one phone number has been answered around the clock at Support Ethics: 0330 043 5452. Days, nights, weekends, bank holidays — because that's when care staffing actually breaks. For those who don't know us: Support Ethics is a care staffing agency working across England and Wales. We supply support workers, healthcare assistants, team leaders and registered nurses to: → Domiciliary and home care providers → Adult residential services → Complex needs packages → Children's residential homes → Local authority placement and commissioning teams What our clients tend to stay for: → A real person on the phone, 24/7, 365 days a year → Staff vetted properly before they ever reach your service → Matching by experience — the right person for the setting, not just a name for the gap If your service is carrying gaps this summer, we'd love to talk. 📞 0330 043 5452 | ✉️ contact@support-ethics.co.uk | 🌐 support-ethics.co.uk #SocialCare #CareStaffing #SupportWorkers #DomiciliaryCare #ResidentialCare
