A veterinary neurology specialist with over 15 years of experience, Dr. Prathmesh brings a rare combination of deep clinical expertise and a genuine passion for teaching. What began as a mentoring partnership over the past several months has grown into something bigger, and we couldn't be happier that he's chosen to build the future of pet healthcare with us. As CVO, Dr. Prathmesh will lead clinical training, standards of care, and policy across our growing network of clinics, mentoring our team of veterinarians to deliver consistent, high-quality care at scale. His vision is one we share deeply: strong foundations, evidence-based medicine, and a profession that looks after its own. In his words: "I'd rather build veterinarians than simply employ them.
