🤖 Meet some of our newest “team members”…   We’ve partnered up with Brightpick to bring AI automation to our Tennessee facility! 50 specialized robots have been deployed alongside our operations team and watching them navigate the warehouse and support our fulfillment process has been incredible. It’s also rewarding to see innovation and individuals come together to help support future growth.   Bringing this project to life takes a lot of teamwork. From planning…to implementation…to launch…there have been many people working behind the scenes to make this milestone possible…and we’re very proud to be a part of that journey. Julie Van Matre, Senior Director of New Business Development Julie brings 25+ years of experience in consumer products, spanning product management, retail sales, merchandising, and licensing. Formerly at AT&T, she’s driven innovation and growth across mobile accessory categories. Outside of work, Julie loves family adventures, Peloton rides, and cheering on her daughters at soccer games.   George Nava, Director of Sales George is a strategic sales and account management leader with 16+ years of experience in national retail and distribution. He’s known for launching 1K+ distribution points and driving cross-functional growth initiatives. George enjoys family time, music, Chicago sports, and the outdoors.   Bilal Nauman, Director of Sales Bilal brings 10+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain, focusing on empowering sales teams, removing operational roadblocks, and driving business growth. Based in Houston, he’s a devoted husband and dad, foodie, traveler, and beach enthusiast. Together, Julie, George, and Bilal are ready to take Superior to the next level—strengthening partnerships, driving growth, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
