In our latest 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐏𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐫, Milani Education’s founder Alexandra Lutz shares insights that flip the growth narrative on its head. With 1 600 learners on the platform, Alexandra asked a critical question: Do we know their names? Do we know their stories? Her realisation? As a non-profit, they were missing the tangible, in-person impact. The solution wasn't more marketing or chasing 10 000 users, it was zooming in. "Let's reach a small number of students and make a really big impact in organisations that we can partner with that, have the facilitation... the safe place for students to learn", she says. This is what purposeful entrepreneurship looks like. Quality over quantity. Depth over breadth. 🎙️ Full episode drops tomorrow. Hosted by Brandon Paschal (Head of LaunchLab, Deputy Director of Spinouts and Funds at SU). 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚'𝐬 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday at Stellenbosch University LaunchLab for the 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐀𝐩𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 Stellenbosch Municipality and LaunchLab, the event featured Brendan Pretorius, 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 of Green Pages, who took the stage for his first event with us – and what a debut it was! 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬: • You can use WhatsApp Business to store customer details, purchase history, notes and preferences for more personalised engagement. • Click-to-WhatsApp Ads are highly underutilised. Instead of sending customers to a website, direct them straight into a WhatsApp conversation where you immediately capture contact details and can start building a relationship. • Broadcasting works best when it’s personalised. Customers respond far better to relevant recommendations than generic promotional messages. • Avoid unofficial WhatsApp automation tools and Chrome extensions. These can result in account restrictions or permanent bans. • Add your WhatsApp contact directly to your Google Business Profile, making it easier for customers to connect with you. • The WhatsApp Business API unlocks powerful features such as: AI-powered customer support, Automated workflows, CRM integrations, Payment links, Appointment reminders, order updates, and more. A massive 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 to Brendan Pretorius for sharing his expertise so generously. We're honoured to have hosted your first talk with us! To our attendees, you brought the energy, the curiosity, and the hustle. We saw you building, asking questions, and connecting kudos to you! Missed this one? Don't worry, we have more exciting events in the pipeline. Follow Stellenbosch Network so you don't miss the next one! #WhatsAppForBusiness #StellenboschBusiness #Networking #MiniWorkshop #Stellenbosch

We are 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄 at LaunchLab for the 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐀𝐩𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 If you aren't here, you're missing the most practical 90 minutes you could have spent this week. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰: • Business owners with devices open, ready to build. • Brendan breaking down the "pro" business growth secrets you didn't know existed. The best part? Everyone walking through that door leaves TONIGHT with a working WhatsApp solution for their business. No fluff. Just results. The event is hosted in collaboration with Stellenbosch Municipality and LaunchLab. Brendan Pretorius | Hanli Brink #WhatsAppForBusiness #BusinessGrowth
