Our QA Guild came back from the Test Automation Summit in Johannesburg with a quiet kind of satisfaction. The Quality Engineering direction they've been building is aligned with where industry leaders are focused (Good to hear it confirmed in a room full of people doing the same work every day!). AI is everywhere right now, and there is pressure to implement it. A growing number of organizations are spending significant budget on tools they don't fully understand, solving problems they haven't clearly defined.
