At TRD, our Design Engineering team is always looking for new ways to apply advanced manufacturing beyond motorsports. Working with 24-time Paralympic medalist and multi-sport athlete Oksana Masters, the team used Stratasys 3D printing technology to develop custom hand molds tailored specifically to her in preparation for this year's Winter Games. Congratulations to Oksana on her continued success, and to our Design Engineering team for the precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that made this project possible. #TeamToyota

Functional prototypes shouldn't force a tradeoff between durability and detail. PolyJet ToughONE™ Black brings high impact resistance, strength, and dimensional accuracy to PolyJet, while maintaining the smooth surfaces and fine features engineers rely on for design validation and functional testing. The result? Prototypes that look right, feel right, and stand up to more demanding evaluation. At the #SecoliFashionShow2026 | SPAZI MENTALI, a new generation of designers explored new creative horizons, transforming ideas and visions into innovative garments thanks to the potential of 3DFashion technology. Throughout this process Stratasys, a partner of the Istituto Secoli, supported the students in bringing a concrete, tangible and wearable innovation to life. D-house laboratorio urbano - Pattern Group also played a key role, guiding five young final-year students as they explored the technology and transformed their creative research into production-ready projects. The result is a #capsulecollection comprising five outfits, in which #creativity, #craftsmanship and additive manufacturing come together, offering a new perspective on how to conceive, #design and create #fashion. In the video, the students behind the ‘CONCEPTUAL EXPERIMENTATION’ capsule collection and DOMENICO CIVITA, Head of the Fashion Design Department at Istituto Secoli, describe the collection’s development process: from design challenges to new creative approaches, right through to experimenting with innovative techniques. Senator Slotkin of Michigan getting a look at the Stratasys H350 in action at the Digital Transformation Center in Auburn Hills. Michigan has always been at the heart of manufacturing innovation, and additive manufacturing has an important role to play in its future. The more we can expose manufacturers and our leaders to real-world applications and business results, the faster we can move from talking about the potential of this technology to putting it to work at scale. https://lnkd.in/gTTk7h4y

Preparing the next generation of the manufacturing workforce has never been more important. As additive manufacturing continues to transform production, the need to upskill and reskill the manufacturing workforce is one of our industry's greatest opportunities and responsibilities. That starts with giving students meaningful, hands-on experiences that connect classroom learning with real-world manufacturing. We're proud to support that mission through our long-standing collaboration with SME and SkillsUSA. This year's SkillsUSA Additive Manufacturing Competition brought together 51 teams to solve an industry-inspired challenge, helping students build the technical skills and problem-solving mindset they will carry into tomorrow's workforce. A special thank you to Chris Wier of Stratasys, who developed and led this year's competition, creating an experience that reflects the realities of modern manufacturing. Congratulations to all the participants and winners. Investing in today's students is how we build tomorrow's manufacturing workforce. Innovation is at its best when our customers turn bold ideas into reality, and that's exactly what Ogawamine has accomplished. Just one year after investing in the Stratasys J850™ TechStyle™ printer, the Tokyo-based textile house has officially announced the adoption of Stratasys 3D Fashion technology as part of its product line. To mark this exciting milestone, Ogawamine unveiled an impressive collection of more than 230 samples and designs, showcasing the creative possibilities that 3D Fashion technology brings to textile and fashion applications. As one of the pioneers in the Japanese market, Ogawamine is demonstrating how additive manufacturing can unlock new opportunities for innovation, customization, and design. Congratulations to the entire Ogawamine team on this remarkable achievement. We are proud to support your journey and look forward to seeing how you continue to expand the possibilities of 3D Fashion technology in the future.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our Open House event at the Stratasys Japan Showroom! The event brought together customers, prospects, and reseller partners for a day of learning, innovation, and meaningful conversations. We were honored to kick things off with welcoming remarks from our Japan Representative Director, Sunil Sharma, who highlighted the importance of collaboration with our local community. The event continued with an insightful presentation from Zehavit Reisin on What's New with Stratasys Materials, where she explored evolving market trends, our materials strategy, and the latest additions to the Stratasys materials portfolio. The session sparked enthusiastic discussions, with many attendees staying afterward to dive deeper into real-world applications, use cases, and the business value our materials solutions can deliver. Events like these demonstrate the power of bringing people together to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and inspire new opportunities. Thank you to everyone who participated—we look forward to continuing the conversation and seeing you at our next event!

The bottleneck in most additive manufacturing operations is not the printer. It is the design queue. Engineers waiting on CAD. Fixtures that take days to design. Printers sitting idle while machines are ready to run. We are hosting a free live demo that shows exactly what changes when you remove that constraint.
