Had a great discussion at Insurtech Insights last week on how AI is reshaping insurance — and what it really takes to move from momentum to meaningful results. A few themes that resonated with me: • AI increases — not replaces — the importance of leadership and decision‑making. Strong governance is essential to the responsible use of new technologies. • While the technology is advancing quickly, our industry still has work to do to operationalize AI at scale inside highly regulated, complex organizations. • Separating activity from productivity continues to matter and progress isn’t measured by experimentation alone, but by outcomes.
